I've created an Excel sheet (based on exporting a Zoho report) and one column of the report is intended to be clickable links directly to the Potentials in the report. I'm trying to build a report that shows me: the number of MQLs/Leads the number of Sales Accepted Leads/SQLs the number of Opportunities the number of Closed Won deals That includes all leads and contacts within a campaign in Zoho. Running custom button on multiple records, and working with multiple fields from those records.
We recently made a custom button to apply a function to multiple records. At first we ran into some hiccups making it, because selecting multiple records would pass in all their values as a string, but we figured out how to fix it, by doing the following: name_list = names.toList("III"); After delimiting the names using pipes, we were then able to loop over the names of the list into an array. However, my question is how to deal with it when I'm taking multiple fields from the selected records.
User Access Permission - Do Not Allow Creation of Account from Deals Module
We need a way to prevent a user creating an Account from the Deal module (we renamed this Opportunity in our system). We have sales managers who will create the Deal and it's mandatory that they link an "Account" to the Deal. Hi, I'm trying to create a customized invoice in Zoho CRM based on the invoice template we currently use, which is a Word document. I'm 90% of the way there, but when I go to print, the invoice fills the page and some of the text falls outside the printable area and is cut off. I've tried using HTML code to set the margins, but whenever I use standard code for this type of formating (i.e. body styles) the html editor just deletes it. Some 1500 Missing AccountNames after import Contacts 60.000
I imported some 60.000 contacts and tried several times to re-do the import of Accounts/Contacts, with mapping to AccountNAME, which is in the CSV file. After checking the CSV files DOES HAVE ALL THE FIELDS of Account name and Contacts,first/lastname. I use separate CSV files for Accounts and Contacts. I do each time 22.000 import,(because of filesize) first the Accounts and the second import of Contacts. Everything OK after 3 x imports 3x22000. Everytime after all imports there are some 1500 Contacts

OK, this should be simple but I can't figure it out: I created a template in CRM I sent as a mass email - All good! Why cannot I remove the "Closing Date" from Potentials please?
Hi In my industry we can take 1 month or 2 years to convert a Potential into a PO. So I have to keep entering a meaningless Closing Date every time I convert a Lead to a Potential on Zoho. Is there a way of getting rid of it please? Thanks Nick

Hello, I'm currently migrating to Zoho CRM and run into a situation where Zoho CRM is difficult to use and wonder whether I'm doing something wrong. Here's the situation: I have IMAP integration set up and I can see contacts' emails on their contact page and also the SalesInbox. So this part is working fine. Also I'm able to send out emails through Zoho CRM, very nice. The problem: the emails from IMAP (usually emails I receive from clients) and the emails I sent through Zoho CRM can't be displayed

Hi, Am I able to decide (on-the-fly) whether a particular email should be visible to everyone or not (confidential)? We currently use a system where emails can be set to be confidential to a set group once it is received on the CRM. This could be an email with sensitive data in it or a delicate contract for example. Such an email would be made accessible only to the accounts team rather than everyone.

I have a module called “Properties” I have a module called “Segments” each Segment record will have a related list of several hundred properties and each property may belong to more than 1 segment (yes it’s a multi-lookup field) Lets say I have a Segment record called “Chenai-Krishna” and I need to select several hundred properties to add to its related list “Properties” below. My problem is there is no way (and definitely no good, simple or reliable way) to select a few hundred Property records
Layout Picklists
Greetings. I have three different layouts, cloned and modified off of the Standard Layout. I changed the Lead Status - Picklist value in the default Standard layout, however, that update has not completed across the other 3 layouts. If I go to a cloned layout and try to edit the Lead Status Picklist with the same choices, I get an error that there are duplicate choices. Will the updated Picklist be seen in the other 3 layouts? We are new to Zoho CRM, and are in the process of moving our data over. Everything seems to going OK, except we cannot get the Owner ID, Created By ID and Modified By ID values to match properly. Complete Inbound Call
For our sales team and front office, we would go to the Account, select OPEN Activities, and then have an option to complete a call, put time in and description. Subform Limitations - flexible amount of phone numbers.
I just read in the Zoho CRM API that the number of entries in subforms are limited to maximum 200 entries for *ALL* records: A module can have a maximum of 200 subform records with each subform having a maximum of 100 records I've been told I could use a subform to store a flexible amount of phone numbers to my contacts record using a subform. However, I have 50000 contacts. If only 1% would have 1 additional number in the subform, I'd already be above the limit. Am I right or do i misunderstand

I have a consulting business and we offer public training sessions as well. We may have several organizations sending different participants to one of our training sessions. We would like to track the attendance to these workshops, including the ability to look at a contact and see what workshops (if any) that person has attended. I thought using Events would work, but it appears you have to actually invite them via email and have them respond, and it does not show who actually attended the meeting
Zoho CRM Office 365 integration
I am the Superuser for Zoho CRM and have installed the Office 365 integration. This has given me a Zoho CRM Contacts folder in my Outlook, both in the 365 version and also the desktop app. But none of the other Office 365 users in my organisation can see that Contacts folder. They can't view the addresses in there and when they start typing a name or address, it doesn't pop up as an option for them. Only for me when signed on as my self. What do I need to do so that the other Office 365 users

I have third parties who require a running list of potentials in a certain stage. Data often changes with the potentials and I would like to establish a sync to a google sheet in order to keep the 3rd parties informed of updates. Hi, I'm trying to fix the contact/account data we have on CRM using the Zoho Sheet view, which works well, but I noticed that all the changes done are not replicated to Desk automatically. (if works if manually, I go on the Desk contact and hit the 'Update from CRM' button. How come it's not automatically replicating?

I have created a custom sales module. In this I have fields for 4x contacts from a sales lead. This gives me up to 4x email addresses. Always the first contact email is filled in. When I click on "Send Mail" it gives me error: Email address not found. Unable to send email as the Sales doesn't contain Email address. The contact email fields are set as email fields. In Zoho CRM, is there a way to edit Potentials directly from a View or Report? We'd like to show department managers a list of their current open Potentials and have them be able to quickly run down the list and edit each Potential's Stage directly from the list. Is this possible?
