Unable to Sync Contacts/Calender/Taks with outlook 365
Hi, I'm trying zoho CRM plug-in for Outlook 365 so that we can decide on the implementation soon. Unfortunately I'm unable to find a setting on how to Sync the contacts, tasks and calendar. Your online help topics are too old.... the current outlook 365 does not have options to sync in given path as zoho CRM> settings> setup> marketplace> microsoft> We are on Office 365 professional licence and Use Mac OS. The outlook plug in also does not show "conversations" email list as seen in other videos!.
Rotting Period with Stage change?
Hello folks, After using the CRM for a few months we have found alerts to be insufficient for complete pipeline management and thus have added a Deal stage called "Needs Attention" to surface rotting deals. However, I am not having much luck setting up a rotting period workflow where Deals that remain in a particular stage for more than 3 days are moved to the Needs Attention stage. Workflows & Lookup fields
Is it possible to have a workflow that changes a lookup field on an account form to assign the Contact just created/edited for an account that has the role of manager as the value for the lookup field rather than the user having to select a contact from the account record? Mind you I have just realised that wouldn't probably work as you might have multiple contacts created that had manager set as the role. Stumped now.
Account note report - duplicate data
We enter notes to the accounts and we prepared an automatic report that sends the notes that are entered today. But, some notes are listed 2-3-4 times duplicately. The query is very simple, we just take the notes and order by note creation time but in report the same note is shown several times like the screenshot below.

Python SDK: how to properly manage access token?
Hi, I've a python script that updates quite some records in my CRM. The script takes time to complete so it happens that the access token expires in the middle of the script and this might cause an error (sometimes the refresh happens automatically, managed by the SDK, usually for reading, but sometimes not, especially when writing) so the script terminates (gracefully, every operation is in a try block). How to create a workflow to remind reps to check in X days after the last checkin?
How do I create a workflow that will trigger the creation of a task X number of days after the last check-in? What do I set for the task and what trigger do I use in the workflow? Checked in status = Not empty? with scheduled action for X days? But then I suppose the problem becomes if they do check-in at some point before the task is created there will still be tasks created to remind them from the first check-in! Any way around this?
Change Contacts Preview on Accounts page
Is it possible to alter the fields on the Contacts related preview on viewing an Account? It would be handy to have the Contacts role displayed there, so you can quickly click on the contact that is "Manager" for example etc... without having to scroll down the page to find which one that is. The same needs to be altered on the mobile app. See pic below of the web version:
Auto-Fill fields from one module to another
I'd like to auto-populate a multi-select list field I call "Region" in my Deals as well as in my Contacts from the Account Name in those modules based on what's already in the Region field in the Accounts module. How do I do that? I'd like to do it for all existing records but also, if when a deal is created or contact is created. I'd also like to auto-fill my a picklist field I have in Contacts called "Contact Type" with what's in the "Account Type" field in Accounts.
Zoho Calendars sync to Android Devices
I could sync only one zoho calendar to an android device (Honor 8X) original calendar apps but not other calendars. Is there anyway to sync also other calendars into the calendar apps on android device like the possiblity of sync into apple calendar apps.
Refresh Token Generation through AWS Lambda?
We have a client that uses Zoho for both CRM and Invoice. We are having issues generating a refresh token and haven't been able to find much help in documentation. The function to request the tokens are in a function in AWS Lambda which another developer created who somehow generated a refresh token and is being stored in environment variables. Custom Module Multiselect Dependency Field Require None
How do you get a child dependency field to have a -None- value? I have a couple of dependency fields on my custom module, however, when dependant options are set and the first dropdown changes, the first option of the dependant field becomes the first option in the list instead of -None-, meaning the user can just click save without being forced to choose an option. You can't create your own -None- as thats not allowed, and there isn't a -None- value to select when setting dependant lists to force

Adding up custom fields
Is there a way to add up custom currency fields in Zoho CRM to produce a figure in another custom currency field within a potential - without having to do it manually? I know we can do this for reporting but we need separate revenue streams for one potential and it would be really helpful for financial reporting if this worked.

I have a database of about 500 customers. Last week we noticed that some of the addresses had been merged into one field. It had been previously in 4 different fields. All had been converted to contacts with the proper fields. Can anyone help?

CRM has an extremely poor contact management system. Why cant Zoho get this one basic feature right? Why do we have to have multiple databases for contacts throughout all of your apps its very frustrating and annoying. Data is not being passed from web form to Zoho Leads screen
Hi all I have a custom form on my website (not a Zoho 'webform'). When a user submits the form; form data (customer name, email etc...) should obviously be passed to my Leads screen. I have several workflows that trigger on Create or Edit that execute custom functions. On the Zoho One subscription you're allowed 5,200 function calls per day. I have Campaigns setup to send subscriber updates back into CRM. Can someone tell me what the best way to create a parent account is? I have a company that has many stores/branches and I have to sell into each store individually at the moment.
