Profile settings to deploy sandbox changes
I do not see the ability to turn on or off the deploy changes from within sandbox. Manage Sandbox does not allow those with that enabled to see the button. I am the admin and I can see it. I want to create a profile for my developer so that he can add the approved changes from the sandbox into production..
Old Design of CRM Calendar
Can I use the old version of the CRM calendar or be instructed on how to re-format it? Since the update over the weekend of 6/28-29/2014 my workers cannot read this Light-weight light-gray text on white background, We liked the bold and easy to navigate headings for events.

Doing business in different zones, it is a bit frustrating not being able to specify a time zone when creating a new event.
"User already present in another CRM account"
Hi - I've tried to add my final user through the zoho admin panel, but am getting a "User is already present in another CRM account" error. While I originally set up my users through the CRM, and not through the admin panel, all of the users were deleted through the CRM. This is the only user who triggered the error when added through the admin panel. Can we clear the email truy (at) autometrix (dot) com?
What is the best way to create a report that compares actual vs. forecast?
I know you can see some information in the Forecast module, however I would like to pull some of that information into a report and don't see how to include forecast information in a report in the CRM.
ZOHO CRM: Converting Lead to - Client or Company Member
Hi There, Hope you can help with a ZOHO CRM Lead Conversion. I'm wondering if i can convert a lead [Enquiry] to Client or a Company Member depending on what kind of Enquiry I get. Individual Mails to contacts that are added to an event
Hi, would be great help to have the following option: add contacts to an event as a "participant" without sending an email to them automatically. Then having the oportunity to send an email to them with out our the email templates to send relevant information to the participants at a (maybe also scheduled) point of time. At the moment participants of an event can only be "invited" when you add them to the event, but no kind of "customized" email notification is possible... That would be a big help
Lead conversion form with Potential
Hi, When you convert a Lead to a Contact with an associated Account and create a Potential is there a way of adding the Probability percentage relating to the Potential at the time of conversion as opposed to modifying the Potential when it has been created. The conversion page allows for Stage entry, but not the probability? Cheers Mike
Email delivery status not working
Dear CRM Team, This week, the email delivery status didn't work for emails sent from Zoho CRM, using POP3. I have tried several POP emails (gmail, hotmail, gmail work email) and different receiving emails, but none of them worked. Even though these emails have been clicked and opened, the email delivery status in CRM always showed "sent" or "received", which was supposed to be "opened". Bounced Emails Are Not Being Flagged & Auto Opt-Out
I wonder if anyone else is having this problem. It is destroying my marketing business because I don't want to send emails out when it will not automatically keep my lists "clean" by flagging a bounced email and automatically opting them out like it is supposed to. I haven't sent marketing emails to customers/prospects for 1.5 weeks now because of this. Is anyone else having the same problem? PickList not updating during LEADs Conversion
I have a custom field (2 value pick-list) in leads which needs to transfer into Contacts and Potentials during conversion (Convert Button). similar pick lists are available in both Contacts and Potentials. it works for Potentials as expected but not for contacts. i also did Lead conversion mapping correctly for correct layouts. the pick list value in Contacts is always empty. however, other fields get transferred with correct values but not that pick-list value. what cause this problem?
'Account' or 'contact' for music students?
I will start out by admitting to the fact that I am new to CRM (CRM in general). Therefore (while I am studying the subject) I am struggling putting things in the right place. I have several questions: 1 - I run a local music school. Should I make enrolled students into 'accounts' or 'contacts'? 2 - I wanted to run a small RSVP-Survey (with ZOHO-Survey) among the students for an optional extra lesson. Webform: Overwrite Hidden Lead Source with URL Lead Source
When someone fills out my webform, I have a hidden field with "Website" as the Lead Source. But suppose I buy a banner ad on SomeDirectory.com. I will want to send people to my website but I want the Lead Source to come though as SomeDirectory (or some other value) instead of "Website". Is it possible to pass the Lead Source value through the URL? Such as abc.com?leadsource=SomeDirectory or pass a UTM value as the lead source? I would want the value in the URL to overwrite the value in the webform.
Email record not showing in customer record

Querry | Budget Autocomplete
Hi, In the potential module and when I try to create a budget, I do not automatically upload the invoice / physical address. It happens whether I have an associated contact or an account or both in the potential. For the moment, I am obliged to create the budget from the contact / account module so that all the data is autocompleted. Is this a bug? or is there something that I can modify in the design? Event notification issue
Every time I edit an event it emails everyone invited to that event. However mostly I am just doing admin updates and so don't want the invitees to be emailed. How do I stop these emails being sent so not to confuse the participants?

How to add "Line Break" in Pick list Field in Quotes / Sales

Hi I need to add line breaks within several Pick list items in my Quotes / Sales Orders / Invoices ??? I have tried using the regular html codes for line breaks but nothing works. I am thinking about using Zoho CRM to manage how we get students to sign up for our school. I wanted to import leads, but it says I need to put in an organisation - but all of them are just people without an organisation. What is best practice for this? Any advice on setting it up for sales for a school?
Unable to Link Invoices with Sales Orders using 'Invoices' API
Hi, I am trying to link an Invoice with a Sales Order using the 'Invoice' API. However, I have successfully added the Invoice in ZOHO CRM, with the referenece of the Sales Order. But, the order status is still in 'Created' state. According to business logic, when a Sales Order is invoiced the, order status will be changed to 'Delivered'. Actually, I want to 'Convert' a Sales Order to Invoice using the API. Is there any way by which I can perform this operation? Please let me know. Best, Souvik

Email Integration Best Practices
Is there a document somewhere that details all the different methods of integrating email into Zoho CRM and the pros and cons of each (IMAO, POP etc)? Is there a recommended best practice/method for someone using G Suite? Currently we are set up using IMAP but it's my understanding that using this method is someone leaves and their g suite account gets deleted all the email would also disappear from Zoho. That doesn't seem good :-). However I assume that POP integration may be worse? Any advice is
My people can't see my feeds
Hi I am the super admin user for my CRM and I have put to share my feeds to the public (i mean to my people already) however, all of them just can't see the feeds on time. Specially there have 2 person- standard user but i realised their feeds is blank, nothing is showing. I have do all setting from FAQ but it still couldn't work. The support team just couldn't work. They are telling me thing which was not that useful. Does any people could give me a help there?
contact roles / contact entries
On the potentials page, you can select a role for each contact. I had naturally assumed this would update the person's contact details but when you click on their name to view them on the 'contact details' page the role doesn't show up anywhere i.e. it doesn't seem to carry this information across....which means you have to enter the same info manually again under Title...this seems to me to be double entry. Why is this? Is there a fix? I'm a new person to Zoho CRM so appreciate I may not be understanding

Hi, I have found some Leads that already are Deals. It looks like someone entered the Lead when the contact returned to inquire about a new proposal. To eliminate this from happening again, I'm going to make the email filed "unique". However, is there any way to merge a Lead and a Deal?

REPORTS NOT WORKING
I have had the same issue for two weeks now. Our saved reports do not work. We can create a new report no problem. But we need to use the sames reports daily. Please help. When a missed lead or Website Visit lead comes into CRM from SalesIQ is there a way to send out a response email? It would be a new lead with a specific lead source. It should not be that hard but I can't find an option. The response should go out immediately, of course.
Standard users cannot view Accounts (but have been given permission)
