Filtering emails / Campaigns & Contacts
I am testing out Zoho CRM as a possible solution for us, but I had a few things I can't figure out: 1) I have our existing clients imported as contacts. If I mass email them a new media kit and sponsorship pitch, the system will track who has opened and who has not etc. To follow up I see I can filter contacts based on email status and campaign, but there does not appear to be a way to do this as part of the mass email selections. What is the best way to follow up only with people who have not replied
Is it Possible to add Records to the related list using a custom button and a custom functions?

Webforms Zoho (Contacts/Lead)
Hey there, new to Zoho. I am the webdeveloper for a company which wants to integrate their webservice with zoho CRM. I am not able to figure out where the data is going to be displayed on the zoho CRM which was sent by the webform. I created a webform for contacts and integrated it locally on the page. I tried some sending some dummy data to see if everything works as expected, but somehow I am not able to figure out how to activate or how to find/display the data I had sent. Help is appreciated.

Hi, i' using CRM Plus and I do mass mailing through Zoho CRM. I want to create a field in the contact module that show me how many times the contact click on the link in the mail. Hello, in our business we considered the "email status" as a big big important value because we can configure and automatized a several business rules (workflows and custom function) based in each status across the time but I can't see the way to do this. Hello, Is it possible to track sales pipeline Territory or Group wise? If so, is it possible to generate standard reports for all groups/territories and for individual group/territory?
Setting a Default Field Value
Is it possible to set a default value in a module? For example, I enter leads into the database for someone else, and would love to be able to have Zoho automatically assign them as the lead owner. But I would also need to be able to select the owner if it was another sales person's lead. I imagine that there will be other fields that companies would like to have a set value for, such as if they predominately work in their own city, or if they are actively pursuing leads in a specific industry.
Convert lead to new contact ALWAYS
Id like my workflow conversion of leads into contact to not "update" and only "duplicate" (ie - always create a new contact. The convert lead to contact button reads "If a Lead's email matches an existing Contact, instead of creating a new Contact, we will add it to the existing one. Similarly if a Lead's company name matches an existing Account, we will add it to the existing one." I want for the lead to always create a new contact. How do I do this? Thanks :)

Validation Rules Ignored if Quote is Converted to Sales Order
If my users convert a quote to a sales order my Validation Rules are ignored. For example on my Sales Order I have a SHIP DATE field which must be set upon Sales Order Creation. It works if I create a Sales order from scratch but not if I convert a Quote.

*URGENT* Cant visualize Wrokflow rules with Lock
Hey, I have two workflow rules with lock. Before the Lock i could open them, visualize them and modify them. Now with the lock whenever I open them it shows me the message: "Once edited, any changes made will be saved and the Rule will be locked again. Do you still want to edit this rule?" Running a report and displaying a custom URL field as an actual clickable URL
Hi, We have a custom field that is a URL added on some contacts in our CRM. We have reports that shows if Contact X has URL, then the contact shows on a report, it also includes the URL in the report. The URL is however not "clickable" directly from the report, which is anoying. Same think in the Deal module - we run a report, we have an added field that is of type URL, but in the report listing, it the URL is not clickable. Anything we are doing wrong that you can help us with?
Refresh browser in Leads page
I have configured a mailbox correctly and generated a rule in my workflow to automatically generate a lead. Unfortunately to verify the new leads generated, the only way is to refresh the browser (F5), not so with the SalesInbox that works automatically. CRM Migration
I have a customer that I am migrating from ACT to ZOHO CRM and the Data Migration Wizard is unreliable. I have a large query of notes that I am dividing into files smaller than 5 K CSV files and some of the data imports and some does not. The Import History reports Failed or Skipped records. The notes are for existing Contacts that have been Migrated by the same Wizard and i can find no reason for the failure.

I just downloaded the Outlook plugin for macOS and installed it as described. When I try to login to my CRM-Account I always get the message "Connection failure - Please check your internet settings", but I am definitely connected to the internet. Good morning everyone! A peculiar issue with importing and syncing leads. I used the desktop version to import few hundred leads to Zoho and import, this worked well. After performing Desktop sync I used these leads on my Zoho App. But now all these new leada have disappeared from desktop, in iPad they are still available. We are magazine publishers, selling advertising space. We recognise only the published date, rather than the date of sale in all our sales and accounting functions. Wrong set of related lists on every page
I experiencing a bug. When I look at an Account page, left panel shows wrong set of related list. The visible set of related list corresponds to Contact. The same bug is on all other module pages - only related list of standard fields are visible, no related lists of custom Lookup fields. I tried to configured related list - but "Organize Account Details" dialog shows that none related list is unselected, and Selected Lists list box shows the same wrong set of related list.
