Run Lead Assignment rules manually
We need to run the Lead Assignment rules regularly for multiple Leads that go into a state, of from a View. We come from Salesforce where Leads have a checkbox called "Assign using active assignment rule". You should allow it somehow. Checkbox, workflow, whatever, just a way to run it on records already created.

Importing Invoices and associating them with Contacts
I am excited to use the new migration tool to import old Invoices. However, when I import the invoices, nothing gets imported in the Contact Name lookup field -- it just stays blank and doesn't get associated with a Contact. Am I right to understand that I would need to "migrate" all of my Contacts in order to make the lookup work? I have around 15k Contacts. I certainly do not want to duplicate all of these contacts. But importing Invoices that aren't connected to Contacts is not useful at all.
Quantity of selected clients from related list
Hello! I have custom module with Multi-select Lookup field - I select several clients from Leads. I'd like to see in List View Mode a new column with Quantity of selected clients. Is it possible to count selected clients from related list?
Custom Products from Parent Product

Would like a trial of free edition
Hello, Small company with 5 employees. Would like to sign up for the free edition, but each time I try to it starts me off with a trial of the Enterprise edition. What I'd really like is to just see exactly the features I will have with the free edition, would prefer for the time being to not make use of modules that will not be available in the free edition. Is it possible to downgrade myself, or someone from the Zoho team to do it?

How do I "connect" information in a custom module to the Accounts module?
I developed a custom module called "Machines" that lists the Manufacturer, Model Number and Type of Machine for each account. An account can have multiple machines of multiple types, for example: 3 Prima punch presses 1 Mitsubishi laser 5 Mitsubishi press brakes How would I be able to show this information in the Account module so that our sales rep can see it when they look at the account information? Needs help with lookup list based on the value of another lookup field
I have a lookup field from “Module A” to a record in “Module B”. I created “Module C” which have a lookup field to a record in “Module A” and a lookup field to a record in “Module B”. Within a record in “Mdule C”, If I selected a value in lookup field to “Module A”, then a list of record which associated with “Module A” from “Module B” should populate when I start looking up value in the lookup field to re ord in “Module B”. Industry options change on conversion
I have customized my options for INDUSTRY under Leads to four choices. When I convert a Lead and it becomes an Account and I try to edit it to change the INDUSTRY a whole new set of options are available. Shouldn't the Industry options be the same?
How to close a deal
Hi, I need help, I dont know how to close a deal that I already won and ended. The expiration dates of the deals ended like 2 months ago, and still appears in the Flow. And If I click on "Open Deals", that deals appear. How I can close those deals and not appear in "Flow" Thanks!

I get daily process progress in my email (about 200-300 per day). In my zoho crm system, I have registered all my processes in the tab of accounts. I'm looking for a solution so that when I receive an e-mail from an update regarding a process registered in my system, the system itself can launch as a task within that account registered in my system. Layout rules with required fields
Our layout rule with hidden required fields is broken all of a sudden. It was working perfectly for months, now it displays all required fields by default, ignoring the layout rule. Did you change something recently? Please change it back.
Create automation involving two or more modules
If it only involved one module it would be easy to do with a rule, but I want to involve two different modules (tasks + accounts) and cannot find a way to do so because I am not technical enough to be able to use custom functions. What I am looking for is a way so that: 1) Every time someone closes an activity; 2) If the expected closing date has not been changed within the past 30 days; 3) And if that account is on certain stages; 4) Prompt the user to update the expected close date field (mandatory).

Selecting Search results no longer opens new Tab
As the title says, when selecting a search result from the drop-down options no longer opens a new tab. I was talking with somebody in Zoho Chat this morning and apparently this is a change Zoho made. They said they would notify their developers. I'm very disappointed in this change, and so are all the users at my company. Being able to stay on your current tab and open a new tab is a very good and productive option. I have implemented 2 layouts for my Transaction folder : Seller's Timeline and Buyer's Timeline (I am a real estate agent). The problem is that I see both layouts in the timeline view even though I select only one layout at a time (either the Seller's Timeline or the Buyer's Timeline. ; first the Seller Timeline (every stage is showing) and then the Buyer Timeline (again all stages are showing) as I scroll to the right. I have tried syncing my contacts to my phone from exchange server. However it only pulls the contact email address not the contacts phone number. Can this be fixed. I do call out of CRM app to track calls and get contact information however There is no way to know who is calling me when the phone. As the caller ID is blank. Is there a way to route all incoming calls through Zoho CRM App? So i can capture incoming calls.

E-Mail Templates Blank
We have a number of e-mail templates created in CRM. Today, when we go to send an e-mail and choose a template, the subject line and attachment load, but the body portion of the e-mail is blank. When I go into settings to edit templates, every single template has a blank preview. We use the templates numerous times daily, so this issue just started today.
