Help with automated emails and user id's
Hi, we want to setup an automated email that sends leads an email which contains a link that sends them to a landing page which has them schedule a date and time to speak to one of our consultants. We need to be able to track the user which goes to the landing page and fills out the scheduling form, is it possible to automatically pull the user's id and automatically populate the link to the landing page so the user can be tracked? Using Email Opens and Clicks as Fields to trigger automations
I currently subscribe to a service called Reply.io. There are others like PersistIQ. They send a series of emails to a list or individual until they open and then they stop. I'd love to be able to set up the same types of automations in Zoho CRM by using the email clicks and opens as triggers in automations. Then I could duplicate what I already have and save some money. This would be great add-on value for new customers looking at a CRM and wanting to use an email SaS solution as I mentioned above.
Rackspace Email
I'm assuming this won't be an issue but I'm hoping someone else has done it already. Are there any issues using email hosted on Rackspace with CRM? I'm hoping the IMAP integration will work just fine... Thanks for any insights...

Null Error on code that Zoho created

Field Data disappeared and we can't figure out why.
One of our users entered data in a field. It is a drop-down field with several options. On December 18th, the user updated the fields. The timeline only shows that she "Updated Some Fields". She ran a report with the data contained in these fields and downloaded it (proving that the data was in Zoho). Yesterday, the same Accounts were checked and the data in those fields had disappeared. There is no activity in the timeline that would indicate that the data was changed or deleted. Does anyone
Email Subject Lost Upon Sending :-(

Need to add freight with varying costs to quotes
Hi there, Just upgraded to Zoho Pro and spent the last few days dealing with product entries and adjusting quote templates, etc. I need to add freight to my quotes, but the price will be different for each quote because the machinery I sell is located all over North America and my customers are all over the continent, too. I have created a "Freight" product, but there's no way to adjust the price in my quotes. This is causing a huge problem for me. Am I supposed to keep creating new "Freight" products
Zoho CRM - Multiples of the same products in a deal.
We are currently in a testing phase with Zoho CRM internally. Is there any way to add multiples of the same product to a deal? We have three different hardware products and our clients often purchase multiples. Right now when we sell more than one of the same piece of hardware to a client within the same opportunity we have to create multiple deals to reflect the correct numbers e.g. when there are three of the same product we have to do Deal 1 of 3, Deal 2 of 3, Deal 3 of 3. Linking Deal/Potential to Projects
I am unable to link back to the original Deal/Potential when I create a Project and would like to know how to do that. I believe this is a fundamental of CRM - how else can the Project Team know contact / company details if they cannot link back to the original Potential/Deal and Lead via CRM ? Field Mapping for converting Potentials to Quotes
Hi, I'd like to suggest the ability to map fields from Potentials to Quotes similar to the way we can map fields from Lead to Contact or Quote to Sales order, etc. We have many custom fields for Potentials that go directly onto our Quotes. Since Quotes are related to Potentials and you can generate a Quote directly from the Potential it would be great to be able to map the necessary fields instead of having to re-enter them. Pop-up linked to a product.
I'd like to be able to create a pop-up or series of pop-ups that link to a product. So that when a product is added to an account then for example, three months later a pop-up will remind account manager to contact the account. Our products require periodical check-ins with accounts so I need to be able to do this. Is there a way?
Display Alert/Limit Ability to Create Tasks based on a "Task Type" Value and Setting to Recurring
Hi Zoho, We have a situation where we want to allow users to create recurring tasks ONLY when the Task Type matches certain values. One solution would be to display an alert to users if the Task Type does not match the criteria (starts with "V") and they want to create a Recurring task. But I see that that Alerts are more email notifications than they are alerts that get displayed to users. The other would prevent them from being able to save if they selected "Yes" for recurring and the Task Type
Different fonts in product descriptions
I need to be able to use different fonts and a small picture in the description of products using CRM and the quote template, where we make the changes in the descriptions of the products and everything is there when we choose to quote that product. HELP PLEASE !
Design Issues - Why do much useless space.
Why is there so much space in between everything on the contacts and accounts screens? Why does the label have to be the same size font as the data? It just makes it a very confusing look. If there is no data fell then there is so much empty blank space and looks bad. iPhone app - device restriction
Using Zoho CRM with the iPhone app. We currently use IP restriction for security purposes. Is there another way to ensure that Zoho CRM iPhone users can only log on using certain corporate devices rather than personal devices? iPhone users will be on different IPs depending on how they are connecting, wifi or mobile data etc.
4 users in license, only 3 active, can't add new user
Seems to be a bug in CRM Plus Admin Panel I deactivated a user so I could add another. I'm not able to add the new user, getting too many users, limit is 4. but only 3 are active presently. Garret D.D.

When selecting Contact Name Lookup default view is showing Related Contacts and to show All Contacts we have to make this selection. Is it possible (how?) to switch it so by deafault All Contacts are shown?

Duplicate records in Calander
Hi I keep on getting duplicate records in my ZOHO and Exchange Calendar. When i send out a meeting to all staff then I have a record of the same meeting for all staff.
Moving events on calendar
When I edit and change the date on an event it duplicates itself on the original date it was set. My Zoho CRM calendar is synced to my Gmail calendar and my Gmail calendar does not have this problem.

Horizontal scroll on task details page
Hello Zoho CRM team, I noticed a minor bug in the layout of task details page. It's minor, but I think in such great product there should not be such bugs. Browser and OS: Ubuntu 14.04, Chrome 56 Steps to reproduce: 1. Open Activities page 2. Select any Task and open Task details page You will see the horizontal scroll in the browser. Possible solution: crmcontemporary.css, selector .tb_newmenu - remove padding-left. I'm including the screenshot, hope it helps.
Best way to associate products with a custom module
I'm getting us up and running for the first time with Zoho. It'll be used to help manage a photography business. I've setup Deals (renamed to Opportunities) and have a couple different layouts -- one for a Photo License and one for a Photography Channel (a deal with a distributor such as a Gallery). Just wondering if that only does it for myself, or if customizing that changes it for all standard users as well? Side note, I really wish we could set the theme and colours for users and lock it so they can't change it. Ability to add names to URL attachments
When adding attachments to an URL Link (Google Doc for example), ZOHO CRM is not fetching the actual name of the file so it'd be really helpful to add a custom name to the attachment.
