RingCentral not notifying through CRM
I have the RingCentral integration active in CRM. My phone icons next to phone numbers have changed to the green RC icons. When I click them, it starts a dial out through RC. However, incoming calls fail to notify which contact is calling. I am using RC Professional with the Windows desktop RC app, not the desktop phone. Thanks.
Working CRM IMAP integration timeline?
Just wondering if anyone over at zoho has come up with a time line for when the CRM IMAP system will actually work? By work i mean also having the Email Tab in the crm with our email accounts and folders etc. Clearly only being able to check email by going to a crm Lead / contact etc is not a working integration. We are anxiously waiting to pay for an additional 4 users once you can get this working! I can only imaging how many other companies have been forced to use one crm account instead of many
BCC Dropbox intermittent failure
Hi, I use BCC to Dropbox with pretty much every email I send to an external contact. What I have discovered is that the email I sent sometimes shows up in the contact's record and sometimes it doesn't. I can see no reason for this and I do not believe it is 'operator error'. I have deleted skype in ad and remove programs. in chrome there are no addons or extensions for skype click to call nothing in I.E. Cleared out cookies restarted and still it has click to call with Skype. I was and want to use googlevoice to call all options are selected for googlevoice

All data gone
I hadn't logged into Zoho for a long while. Now I did, and all the data we had entered (Contacts, Companies, Leads) is gone. It looks like I never used Zoho before - everything is empty. I looked for any emails from Zoho warning me of changes in my subscription, but couldn't find anything. We have an account with three users. Has our account been cancelled without warning?
Report using custom modules and lookup field
I have a custom Module Patients with a lookup field for Provider Name which links to the custom Provider module. When I run a report showing all Patients with their Provider Name and Address, the Provider Name is incorrect. Instead of Provider Name it shows Patient Name again. Any ideas on how to get this report to work?

Trying to add a phone number for a company in Europe that is formated +xx xx xx xx xxx Zoho CRM has a built-in field for phone numbers that will not allow this as a valid format? Not getting Email notification for Bounced Email
Hello, We need to get email notification for Bounced email that are sent using Zoho Campaign.We are pushing member status from Zoho Campaign to Zoho CRM in a field 'Campaign Status'. This field is getting updated perfectly, but the workflow rule on updating of 'Campaign Status' is not working even it contains 'Bounced'. I think it's great that Zoho offers this, but my account doesn't contain information that is sensitive and it's important that I can login to the site quickly, so I'd prefer not to bother with 2FA. We have recently added the Outlook 365 Integration to our Zoho CRM system, however once we have written the email when we click on 'Send', the send process takes a long time. Password for SMTP server will not be saved in IMAP configuration
Hi, I've configured the IMAP-Integration and later Zoho has synchronised all the e-mails. Super After that I've tried to send an E-Mail but it has not worked. I've checked the configuration and I could see there was no Password for the SMTP Server configuration. I've typed it in again and updated it but Zoho has deleted the Password in the password field. Hi, We have serious issues with ZOHO CRM, in Contacts. #1. Description field partial text gets deleted automatically. #2. If we use special character(',",-,;) data shows additional backslashes (\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\) #3. In Description: After adding data, it changes structure. Eg: If we add 2 paragraphs with 2 blank space between them, it gets updated and shows properly at that time and after sometimes it get mixed up. New Zoho CRM has problems; switched back to classic until problems are fixed
I have to say that I'm a bit disappointed in the Quality Control with the new UI. Several dashboard views are formatted wrong. I've had to switch back to Classic view until they're resolved. Specifically, we use 100% Stacked Bar dashboards frequently to show % of total. With the new UI, these charts show data in units, instead of %, which makes them useless. [I do like that the new UI shows the data labels rather than making you mouse over to see them; the data's just formatted wrong.] Certain

Product tax calculation is incorrect
Just trying out zoho and really surprised that I find this problem. For invoices and quotes, I add a product. List price £10, VAT (20%) tax is on that product and it puts tax of £2 on that item line. But when it comes to the tax total, it's adding 20% again (an extra £2.40). Something isn't right here. Can you explain?

Choose which status columns to display - CRM Deals View
At the moment, when you create a new view in the potentials (deal) module, you can choose which columns to display for the 'List view' but for not for the 'CRM view for Deals', it will only show all status columns. data from Account fields do not update in Sales order or Invoice
hello, from the web version, when I convert a sales order to invoice the Due Date do not update on the Invoice. I experimented with the "convert sales order" map field option on the Customization Menu, but this is option is only available for the Custom created fields... This "Due Date" field is a system created field and normally these should map by default, right? can you assist me please?

Email 'from' and 'reply to' options not displaying when sending to leads
