I want to mass-upload activities and link them to leads. How?
Could anyone provide a sample file (csv), which shows, which fields have to be filled to mass-upload activities and link them to leads during the upload? Somehow the lead information gets lost durig upload.

I'm getting an error message when trying to send emails to contacts with attached documents (cannot send due a problem with *filename) - I've tried different documents, so I don't think that's the issue (the file sizes are small). Any ideas?
Member Status Bounced: Remove those names from my email list?
I have a campaign we run once a year to a few hundred people via Zoho Campaigns and Zoho CRM integration. After I run the campaign any emails that were bounced that information gets pushed into Zoho CRM under the campaign member status. So far so good, however I can't figure out how to use that information to mass update those contacts. At the very least I want to be able to uncheck the box so they will get removed from my yearly campaign. What's the easiest way to do this?

CRM Webform Hidden Field Issue
I've noticed that when I create a webform and add a field, set it to hidden, and choose the field response the form isn't saving it correctly. Example: I create a webform and add a drop down field for lead status and make it hidden. I choose Website from the drop down so that when the form is filled out and passed to CRM it will show Website for me under the lead status - but it won't show the field to the customer when they are filling it out. What is the easiest way to set up an email notification to the client once they have been converted from lead to account. For example: Once sales rep clicks convert button in CRM and the CRM converts the lead into an account/contact we would like a Welcome Email to automatically go to the client. Any Ideas?
Zoho CRM Mobile Application Tasks
When will we be able to create a TASK in the mobile application that will send an EMAIL REMINDER on the date you want to execute that task? This can be done on the computer version but not mobile and is needed urgently. If I want to send myself an email reminder to go visit ABC COMPANY on July 5th I can't set that up as a TASK. Filtering Activities
Is it possible to filter views in the Activities tab? Specifically, I would like to restrict some of the views to just Accounts, or to just Leads. In other words, only show, for example, Open Tasks for Accounts. Currently, it shows for Accounts and Leads. Thanks! David
A report for leads created by source (hopefully ediatable) for a specific time frame
Can you help? i need a report that shows all my leads for a specific time frame (i.e. last month July 2016 etc). I need to be able to filter on lead source and it needs to include leads that have already been converted. I may generate 50 leads in July, some of them convert during july and some may convert in september (or even later) but i need to be able to generate a report that shows me all of those leads, i need to see the lead source too. Closing Date Displayed in Wrong Format Under Stage History
CRM is displaying dates in our local format DD/MM/YYYY except under Stage History where one date is formatted dd/mm/yyyy and other is yyyy/mm/dd (see attached screen cap).

Custom Quote Template
Is there a reason why suddenly <style> ... </style> tags are being stripped from quote template designs? I had perfectly fine quote templates. I edited a phone number on them and now they are all messed up. Everytime I paste the code in and preview, it displays perfectly but when I save everything from <style> ... </style> is stripped. Anybody else having same issue?
Closing Notes with Completed Tasks
Is there a way I can close notes for a particular task when the task has been completed and closed? I have multiple tasks for each client and would like to record notes for that particular task without it staying on the contact page after the task has been completed. Thank you

Creating Potentials vs Sales Order reporting

import wrong columns into zoho leads from campaign monitor
Hi i had tried to import leads from campaign monitor into ZOHO crm but i had mapped all the columns correctly before importing. in my CSV .... if i clicked "save as" it was unicode-16 but if i import using unicode - 16 ... i will get gibberish during the mapping section. but if i chose unicode-8.. mapping section is fine but after importing.. the information will go into the wrong column! please help!
B2C and Repurposing Account Module
There's been a LOT of talk about B2C in the past I see. I did find https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/customization/customize-zohocrm-for-b2c.html and it helps. I have a different idea how this should work for us though. We're a retail window and door dealer. In my perfect world I simply renamed Accounts to Households (or Properties - either is fine) and figured all would work fine. Turns out this now requires the Company field (can't edit the name even) to create an Account. My perfect Company (or Household)

Custom Modules Question
The standard modules aren't working for us so here's what I've done. Created a custom module called Properties (replaces Accounts module) Created a custom module called Homeowners (replaces Contacts module) I can create a custom module for Potentials if necessary but the default one is fine for our purposes if we can continue to use it. When i try to connect to Zoho CRM i got the message "Unable to process your request" and a blank page. When i received the email to join, i click the link and just a blank page too.

Unable to access the data
Hi, I have been invited to join a group for the business I work for. At first, everything was fine, I had access to everything. However, a few weeks later, I can still login and my account still appears as active in the admin's panel, but the CRM shows me an empty database. Basically, I can't access any activity/data from my account. I tried deactivating and reactivating my account via an admin's panel, but it still gives me an empty database...
Close Open Tasks Upon Lead Conversion
Maybe there's an obvious way to do this I'm not seeing? Essentially, when a Lead is converted I'd like to close any open Activities associated with it. Generally when we're converting a Lead it's due to it turning into a Deal and any pending Activities are no longer relvant. Any new Activities required will then be added with Workflow. Can this be done with Workflow (couldn't find a way) or a Custom Function? Thanks, Ron

I am evaluating Zoho. I imported about 10k contacts, and then tried to add a new contact for a new individual at a company that was in the original upload. I now have 2 Accounts with the same name. a) How do I merge them b) When I create new contacts in the future, how can I select account name from a list of existing account names to avoid recurrence of this problem.

Hello everyone. Hoping that someone else has come up with a solution to my issue. If I understand the flow correctly (Salesforce trained) Leads to Contacts linked to Accounts. Deals link to Contacts. With this in mind when I contact a lead I create a call. Then I schedule a call. Once I have qualified them then they become a contact. So far so good.
