Mass Update Notes
Is it possible to add notes to more than one lead at a time? If I send out a proposal to 15 different leads I don't want to enter 15 separate notes.

We have been evaluating the IMAP integration for a few weeks and have noticed that when the CRM polls exchange in Office 365 it set the e-mail to read, rather than leaving it as unread. This is really frustrating, has anyone else seen this problem and know how to fix it? David
Can we automatically fill in Region based on information entered in State field
Our team is segmented into regions based on states and in Zoho we have both a "State" field and a "Region" Field. Is it possible to create a rule or some time of automation that if, for example, I were to enter "AZ" into the "State" field, the "Region" field would automatically populate to "Southwest"?
Overwrite question
When importing leads my goal is to import new leads as well as enrich existing leads in my CRM and retain any notes and lead owner in the CRM. Will Overwrite allow me to do this? I want to avoid duplicates and skipping as I want to enrich existing leads.

Taskes No Showing On Calendar
When i add a task to a contact with a date it is not showing on my calendar. IT shows in the contact, but not on the day it was set for in the calendar.

I can not see all the Account and Contact information

Hello! I'm using Portugal portuguese as language on the CRM. We use 9 digit to phone number. I want the telephone number to be displayed with the 9 digits in full without parenthesis. Now it is being displayed like this (22222)-4444, I want it to appear like 222224444 I've been around on settings but I can not find where to do the change. Thank you.

Update customModule1 when Lead is converted
Hi, I've created a new module (wishes) which is related (*:1) to a Lead or Account. On the Wish module, I've added 2 lookup fields for Leads and Accounts to set this up. Scenario: I want to convert a Lead into an Account (and Contact). On the related Wish module, the lookup field Lead info should be transferred to the lookup field Account. Is this possible? If yes, is it possible to automate this within the process started when the [convert] button is clicked? Thanks in advance for looking into this.

Merge field in email template not working
When using an email template, the field name (i.e. ${Contacts.First Name}) is being inserted into the email and not the data associated with the field. As an example, I have created a test contact record with first name Test and last name Contact. I then created an email template called Test Email Template using Contact records. Email from Zoho logging in my sent items in my email
Hi, I need alittle help, I am just getting my head around Zoho CRM and I want to use the send email from the leads and contacts but when I use it it logs in the contact history but it does not log in my sent items in my email. Long term events don't populate every day they are happening, and don't show up at all on Zoho CRM apps
I have a dog care business, and we use the events function instead of Google Calendar now as we migrate to Zoho CRM from other tools. We like some features, but are having a major issue. We offer dog sitting, so our schedule includes events that may last days or weeks at a time. These events have a start date and time, and an end date and time. We are having two issues. One, although the long term events show up in the calendar view inside the CRM online, these events do not populate in the list
Web form leads going into a black hole!
Hi, I've created a web form which was working initially. Stupid me decided to get fancy and attempt to have the system send a new Lead email to our sales person (myself for testing at present) and it now doesn't even receive leads. Our site is hosted with Wix whilst we get a permanent website created. Tested out initially without any problem and I'm not sure what's wrong. Any ideas of things to look for? I really need to get this fixed as our website is live and is our main channel for enquiries.

This is crap! You don't want to accept the fact that you have to make this user friendly with Microsoft, any program with microsoft. You get this to work with activsync and other Microsoft and make the procedure to connect very clear and we will move 1000 employees to Zoho. Is that simple. Your responses are shallow on purpose and you don't want to accept that microsoft rules and will always be the base for our emails and contacts. No Zoho is great but and we want what you have but it is not great

Speed of email fetch
Does anyone have any input on how to get the zoho email fetch rate to be faster?? We have had Zoho for over two years now and I have had it with our slow Zoho email fetch rate. If I watch how long it takes for email to hit my zoho vs. my gmail account it can be up to 10 minutes later. Our customers are always sending us files during phone conversations that they want us to look at. We cannot rely on Zoho for this important element in our sales cycle. Syncing problems on multiple devices
I am having problems with the notes I enter for client details syncing on all the devices. It shows up online when I log in but only on one iPad device and not both.
