I would like to create a follow-up task under this criteria Lead is still a Lead or Lead is not a Contacts AND Task Status = Completed If the Lead is no longer a Lead, I don't want to create the follow up lead.

Leads are not saving after entry
After hours of entering leads, only a few are saving.
How do i import multiple contacts to the same account without duplicating the account?
when importing, say account name ABC which has 5 contacts attached to it, my import will produce a seperate ABC account for each contact that has been imported. How can i import these multiple contacts without zoho automaticaly creating a new account for each one?
Not Receiving Hard Bounces
I sent out a bulk mail via the contacts tab. I filtered to a specific criteria, assigned an email from Email Templates, and then sent out ~300 emails. I received a good amount of soft bounces (auto-replys), but I did not receive a single notification of hard bounces. I know I should have received some because I tested out 5 emails address which I knew would generate a hard bounce. Is there a setting I need to enable to receive hard bounces? Time based Workflows...do they actually work?
I've been trying to get my timebased workflows to work for weeks now. I've got a date in my potentials and I want to create tasks 7 days prior to that date and then again 3mths after that date. I've just deleted the workflows which have never worked and redid them. They still dont work. Using the Rule trigger - based on Date field value = selttled date = 7 days before. Any idea. Ideally if someone do can give me a screen shot example of one that works.??

When I cut and paste a URL into Notes for a Lead it is not clickable. Is there a way to create a Hyperlink for a NOTE in LEADS?
task reminder and notification
I have been having some trouble with Zoho CRM. When I make a task and want a reminder on email, I don’t get a notification on e-mail. Furthermore, I don’t get notifications of any updates in the systems, if one of my co-workers are making new leads etc. At the same time my co-workers gets notifications and e-mail reminders when they do the tasks for themselves. But if I make the task for them, they don’t get either.
Clone leads not cloning on import
Hi, When I select "Clone Leads" - the system is not cloning my leads. They are shown post upload as "Skipped". I want to be able to create cloned leads, and then merge or de-duplicate leads after upload. Suggestions?
Problem Adding a User
I created a CRM account for our company and I wanted to add another person to it. However, when my college opens the invitation she should type in a passwort to continue. But I don't know what kind of passwort that should be. My college doesn't have an account yet so she creates her own passwort. After she does that, there appears to be an error we don't understand. Only Six Fields Shown In the Selection List for Updating a Field When Creating a Macro
I need to create a macro which will update Lead Status to "2nd Follow Up Initiated" for selected leads. However, I am only able to see six fields - Annual Revenue, City, Company, Country, Title and Email Opt Out - in the drop-down list under "Actions" > "Update Field", so I can't select Lead Status. The same thing occurs when creating a macro for Contacts - only six fields are shown in the Update Field list. Please advise how I can make all fields appear in the Update Field selection list for Leads
Why do all my team members see the contacts and leads of each other
I dont want all the team members to see each others records. Though in the data sharing rules default permission is private yet each of them see all the contacts and leads

Struggling to understand what POP mail is going to give me.
I bought the product after the trial only to find out that the version I bought did not include IMAP. Felt this somewhat disengenuous as I attended all the webexes etc and it was never mentioned. Anyway before I cancel my subscription I am trying to find out exactly what POP will give me going forward. Cant find any documentation other than how to set it up. Also want to understand exactly the difference between IMAP integration to Zoho CRM and POP integration to Zoho CRM.

Automation Rule Not Working Properly
There seems to be a problem with the Rules in Automation. If you select Execute workflow only when the criteria is met for the first time, the rule does not work properly. If you select it for a second time it executes the rule again!

Adding Contacts to Campaigns - There's got to be a better way
Using Campaigns for email marketing purposes seems to be how they should be used so we are going down that path. Moreover, it seems that most email marketing solutions like Constant Contact will sync with a Campaign contacts, so there are even more reasons to do so outside zoho. So, in our case we want to isolate a group of existing contacts based upon a query which we've established under contacts as a Custom View. Currently it seems 'impossible' to leverage a Custom View query to populate Contacts

Can I create a contact into a lead
Hi, I am new to Zoho and have CRM and recruit together. I am using the CRM for the purpose of turning contacts from a prospect into a client and then moving over to recruit for the service. I have imported all my contacts into CRM and they are all in the contacts field. I have realised that I should have moved some of theses into leads. Cannot map Lead Owner when importing Leads [SOLVED]
I'm trying to import a csv file full of leads. In addition to importing them I want them to be assigned or Owned by certain users of the system. I have followed the help file step by step and cannot make this work for me. After importing the leads successfully the Owner of the lead is still me the one who imported it. How do I disable a custom field on the Create/Edit Contact form?
I want the Contact to contain custom fields. All work except for a field that I want to make read-only: I don't want the user to have the ability to type anything into this field (it's a key for another system) but it looks like I can only make the field required (*) and limit the character input. How do I either hide the field or make the contents read-only? I still need the field to be present in the Contact record (so I can search for it later).

Missing product details on info "i" popup
When I add a line item to a purchase order or quote, the "Select Product" dropdown - the "info" icon doesn't bring up some of the product information. A screenshot on the manual (https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/quotes/create-quotes.html) indicates that the info popup contains Vendor, Product Category, Qty, and importantly description. How do I upload excel files without duplicate records being created?
Hi, Every time I try and upload an excel file with updated info on potential clients it creates a duplicate record for the potential client rather than automatically adding the new info to the existing record. This is a real hassle because it means that I either have to update each record manually or upload the excel file and merge the duplicate records that have been created. Is there a way around this?
