email template issue on zoho crm free (about to buy the CRM product)
I have zoho recruit and about to buy zoho CRM, but I have an issue I can't resolve on free edition I keep seeing an email template form either on the actual template or when I send the email. Attached is an axample I want to resolve this so I can decide to buy the product.

we have 2 separate offices.. one as the head office and one as a form of franchise. Consequently 2 separate CRM systems are running similar data. Missing contacts
I need urgent help. Last thursday, more than 1000 opportunities was missing. We can see them in the view, but there are no in the CRM, we can´t access to that. Filing into Contact History from inbox - please help!
Has anyone else experienced the change in Zoho when deleting emails from the inbox? They deny the change and cannot tell me how to resolve the problem. Up until they told us to change pop server settings, when we deleted an email from the inbox, it filed automatically in the contact history. It no longer does that. THEIR answer is to leave ALL emails in the inbox, which is stupid and a recipe for missing important ones. HOW do I now clear my inbox while ensuring emails get filed in contact history?
Push CRM Data to Creator
I have customers and prospects in Zoho CRM. I have a Zoho Creator app for sales and servicing in my business - when taking an order, I want to retrieve the customer info from CRM. Natural progression in campaigns within the Zoho CRM
We are using the campaigns within the CRM but i cannot understand the workflow. If my agents dials the top lead showing in the list of leads within the campaign what is supposed to happen next? This is more relevant when the lead status changes to contacted or call back (or something else) or the member status changes. There seems to be no natural progression or workflow regarding dialling the next lead. once you go passed the 10th lead there is no consistent feed of leads, can you assist? Maybe

e-mails not in contact list being converted to leads
A while ago I set this option: -Have Zoho monitor my IMAP account...if I send an e-mail to someone who is not in our Zoho contact list, then create a lead automatically for therm. I desire to turn this feature off, but I can;t fine where I enabled it....any ideas? Thanks!
Data import: accounts and contacts are being overwritten, not skipped
Hello, I need urgent help - in the past I have successfully imported a CSV file, whether contacts or accounts, and any duplicate email addresses have been skipped. Today both types of import are overwriting existing records, not skipping them. At time of import there is no option for me to check saying "skip duplicates". Please help me get this sorted? Is there a way to crate a report that includes both Leads and Contacts. I understand and use the transition from lead to contact when an opportunity is created. However, to track the entire process from qualifying a lead to proposal to sale would be beneficial.
Search limits and exports
We are just looking at migrating from ACT! and have about 11 users on professional as a trial basis. I quite like Zoho in many ways but I am a bit worried about what to me seem some surprising omissions/limitations: 1. There seems to a some kind of search limit of 250 per day. This looks a serious issue, we needed to switch off the phonebridge incoming call ID and even then we hit the limit. Help with advanced search
In the docs it tells me to select the module, in this case leads, then click on the search icon to open advanced search. But nothing happens. If I click the down arrow beside the search icon I get a list of models I can search through, but I don't get the window to select my specific criteria. What am I doing wrong? Any help appreciated. Problems setting up a new user
I am getting the following email while trying to setup a new user on our Zoho CRM. But the user is not a super admin at all .... has invited you to join ...... CRM account. Since you are already a part of ........ CRM account and you are the super administrator for that account, you will not be able to accept the invitation. To accept this invitation you need to, Make any other user in ....... CRM account as a super administrator and ask them to delete you from that account. You can refer this help

Outlook Categories in ZohoCRM
It would be an extremely useful thing to have Outlook Categories populated within ZohoCRM. Clearly, the system 'look's at the categories when syncing (sync category yes/no). Not having what appears to be a simple thing is very frustrating.

Hi. I have added my own set of user defined fields to the EVENTS template under Accounts. When I look at the EVENTS on the Zoho mobile app, the standard fields are visible but the user defined ones are not. Can I have the user defined fields sync to the app? Thanks
