Setting a default call type/task time
Could anyone advise me how to set the call type as outbound by default when logging a call? Also, I'd like to set the default time of any tasks for 9am but I can't see how to do this. I'm new to CRM so any help would be much appreciated.
Is there a one button click to address a letter?
We work in medical. Sadly they are stuck in the age of the fax. I need to create old style letters with physical addresses etc. Old CRMs used to do this well enough. I can see a one click create email. Does it exist for snail mail format?

Matrix Reports no calculating
Our activity reports, which have been working just fine until this am, are now showing 0 for activities, if you change the report type it pulls just fine. Can you help, and explain why this has happened. The fields I need are not eligible for column headers, please help. Emails > Contacts tab missing
Hello, I've just registered and decided to try out Zoho CRM. There's one issue though. When I go to 'Emails' and try to 'Compose' a new one and open contact selection, there are no tabs for 'Mail' or 'CRM', so I can't select any of the contacts from CRM to send emails to. Please help. BR Alex
adding product line to quote
Is it possible to select a product when adding a line to a quote by any other means than searching on 'Product Name', I would very mush like to be able to select on Product code or part number. Is this possible?
Vendors don't Link to a Contact
I tried to post this earlier but I never saw it posted. I need to figure out how to get the contacts associated with a vendor to pop-up when I click on a vendor. No matter how I enter the contact that spot is always blank in the vendor tab.
Potentials time consuming
Hi, We have been using Zoho CRM for nearly a year now in our carpet/flooring/furniture retail business. We are creating Potentials for each potential job we get which is great, but we're finding it time consuming and tiresome for some staff members. (I have recently lost a staff member partly down to having to use Zoho!). Are we doing the right thing creating a potential for every job. Average 150 potentials per month between us. Reports from Zoho CRM
For several years I have been producing some daily reports using Repost Scheduler, which are downloaded to Excel and emailed to me. Since Thursday 15 October the reports have changed, and not for the better. The report heading has disappeared, and the data reports on every second line in Excel. This is frustrating to use, but no-one can tell me why. Any ideas please?

Workflow field update does not fork for me
Hi, I have two workflows in Envent Modul: One sends a special notification to the Lead about the meeting that we have arranged. Second send the same information in case of field update: Location, From, Unfortunately the second workflow does not send any emails. Hi, We are in the residential market, and our customers do not have a company. Any best practices out there when dealing with residential customers? Should we just name it "residential" under company? Also, do we convert leads into contacts or potentials when the job is sold or estimate is sent? Thanks, JA.

Something is broken with links in zoho CRM
we have been using the links feature for more then 2 years now but something changed. Zoho Associates Contacts with Multiple Accounts
I have several instances where a contact moved from one company to another, or a contact with the same first & last name may exist with another account. The problem I'm having is, when I complete an activity for a contact and have it associated with the correct account, the same completed activity shows up for other accounts the contact should not/was not associated with. To get crystal clear....bi-directional sync of Accounts / Contacts 1. happens only once per 24-hour period. 2. means that each "system" (CRM/Books) is storing its own record (account or contact) and that I must choose "Clone, Overwrite, Skip" to resolve a duplicate. 3. Exporting contacts
Looking at other posts it seems you can only export your contacts via a report, ive done this, chosen to export to excel in drop down, but there is no done or export button, ( other than the export button that give you option to export to excel ). So nothing happens, what am i doing wrong? separately is there a way to export directly into mailchimp or sync with it? Michael

Deleting Zoho CRM without deleting all Zoho Services
Dear Zoho team, we manage our tasks in Zoho projects. I have setup Zoho CRM to test it out a while ago. Since then, my co-founder opened an own Zoho CRM account and invited me. How do I track lead follow up dates
I am needing to track interactions with our sales prospects and select a time and date to which we need to contact them again. Does Zoho have such a functionality? I saw the set task function but i'd like a next follow up date function where I can go and see a list of businesses by chronological order as to when to follow up with them.

Excel- big amount problem
Whenever I extract data from CRM in excel, The values that are greater than or equal to 10,000,000 gets converted into something like "1.0E7" A solution that I know is removing ' sign from the value. ( '10000000 to 10000000 ) But it is not possible when there are multiple figures, kindly provide a concrete solution for the same.
No record of sent mails in Crm
When I look at one of my employees contacts in the crm there is no record of her sent emails. I nfact shes not even on the list of people. She doesnt appear under zoho mail shared users. She can see her set mails from crm in her contact when logged into her own account but I cant as administrator.Is he account in some way not associated to me?

CRM Emails not loading
