Hi, I have noticed Zoho rolling out new UIs for most of Zohos apps lately , this new direction is much more modern & user friendly, my question is regarding Zoho CRM, is the CRM going to follow the same design cues from new mail, social etc apps????
Creating new tasks
Hello, When creating new tasks, there is an option to click "Save and new." When you click this, it brings up a totally blank task where you have to associate the new contact, opportunity, account, etc. from scratch. When my organization uses this feature, we would like an option to click "Save and new" and create a new task for the contact, opportunity, account, etc. that we are already in. Would there be a way to differentiate "Save and New Task for this Contact" and "Save and New Task (Blank)"

Keeping Information When Merging Duplicate Leads
We are setting up a new website that will have multiple Zoho CRM lead web forms included. If somebody wants to download a white paper from one session, then may want to come back and download an infographic, we'd like to capture that interaction all on a single lead record. CRM dissociate from organisation
I currently use Zoho Support and am trying to integrate Zoho CRM. My previously trial of CRM was closed by yourselves but when invited to our companies new CRM I receive the following message:- Sorry! you cannot accept this invitation now. Your email address(xxxx) is already registered as administrator under the Organization xxxxx. To join the organization xxxx, you should dissociate from the earlier organization and role. This has also occured to some of my colleagues who tested CRM on a free trial.
"Scheduled by" field in Events Module is not reporting accurate data. Help, please!
We are experiencing an issue with reporting in the Zoho CRM when using the "Events Module". The problem is that the "Scheduled By" field in the events module is not showing the field entry data. Example: We have a report, which should show all events scheduled by Sam; however, this report only shows accounts where there is only 1 event. Issue - Unable to Organize Record Details in CRM
There is an Emails section where all the received & sent messages can be viewed for a given record. I am unable to change the default position of this section. I have attempted to move it in Chrome, Opera, Explorer and Firefox with the same issue occurring in each -- the Emails section (list) is not among those available to organize. I was only able to "move" it by completely removing other lists from the details page. When I added those lists back, the Emails section returned to its default
Scheduled E-mail Reminder for Task

Mailmerge
I cannot find a way to move past the first step in mailmerge. I have created a mailmerge template and have selected my merge fields and inserted them into my mailmerge template but the system will not let me "finish and Merge". I want to move to the next step of selecting the data and testing the merge. I have also set up the same template as an email template and cannot find a way to link that to merged data either? Customisation of address fields
Hi Is there a way to customise address fields in the professional edition of zoho crm? Our locale is set to United Kingdom however it is still reading Province, State etc We would like it to read: Town, County etc Is there a way to change this in the field names? If not - is there a way to create a field that copies all of the relevant data into the new fields that I can customise?
Contact & activity owner error
Hi there, Myself (username: CRM Admin) and another user (Dave Alberts) accounts have somehow become linked and when Dave adds events they are showing as myself being the contact owner and similarly, accounts and contacts that he is the owner for are displaying as my name! BCC Dropbox options missing

Hi, I recently found out that when you integrate Zoho CRM with Google Apps you'll get a few new widgets you can add to Google Sites but I've been unable to find out my data about what's actually offered in those widgets? Ultimately, on Google Sheets we have a few pages dedicated to a few accounts. I'd like to be able to list all contacts associated with those accounts on those pages. Is this possible? Is there somewhere I can read about the functionality of those widgets? Thanks

Tracking Oh-Hand Inventory
We stock inventory in multiple facilities. Is there a way to keep track of that inventory using "Products" in Zoho CRM by physical location? The same product may be stored in multiple locations. We would import the values daily by location instead of using the invoice/PO updates.

New Autoresponder Series and Existing Prospects
We had a drip marketing emails setup for existing prospects via autoresponder. Time has gone by and we want to start a new set of auto responder emails. Previously, the autoresponder time frame was set up based on the created time (when the prospects were created) in the CRM. Now that the prospects are existing and already in the system, how should we go about triggering the autoresponder to send out the emails. For example, we have 1800 prospects. We want to break them up (due to the email limits).

Hi all, Day 1 for me with Zoho. I've created two accounts, the 'super admin' one and a 'standard' account. Hi- Have enabled Mail Add-on, and POP3 Email Account. Successfully SENDS and RECEIVES Emails to/from the POP server, and if No Lead Present, successfully Creates one (via the BCC Dropbox). Subsequent emails which are sent by the Lead matching the Email DO NOT POPULATE as Received emails directly to the Lead. Is this functionality provided? -Kim

New added user not seeing our leads
Hello, We recently added a new user for Zoho. Today I noticed that she is not able to see the leads other than the ones she has created heself. We have plenty of leads being fed inot our CRM through a webform and those leads are viewable in my administrator account. I thought perhpas I could manage permissions under users and permissions, But I see the standard Profile has almost all the same boxes checked that should allow her to view, create, edit and delete leads. changing name of deleted user
I was trying to change a user record of someone who has left the company to a new person, not realising that I should have created a new user and deactivated the old one. After I changed the name I noticed that I could not change the email address to then deleted the user, but now everything that was created by the old user has the wrong name on it. Is there a way to edit the name on a deleted user? I understand that they cannot be re-activated, but perhaps this is something that the zoho help desk
