Hi Before I created my personal email in zoho I thought to create a business email instead but I then I decided to create a personal email. Now I wonder if a private person also can create a business email if I want or is it specifically for business?

Hello. I have configured Postfix to work as relay on my server using zoho mail, but in my server when trying to connect to smtp.zoho.com (TLS with port 587) the result is connection time out and even when I use ping (to smtp.zoho.com) all packages all was lost. Is there a problem in your end?

Has anyone heard of this happening before? How do I remove it? When I open the email it is not in the actual email. Its only the preview.

Ability to Organize Templates in Regular Email - NOT CAMPAIGNS
I use Zoho for multiple businesses and am very happy with the service. Specifically, templates allow me to answer commonly asked email questions or send common correspondence very easily. However, it would be HUGE for me if templates could be organized by the user. For example, it would be great to be able to order them. Even better would be the ability to have subfolders of templates. For example Phone Calls -> - I just Left a Voicemail - Please Call Me Work

Hi Guys, I use Zoho Mails web interface, which I love btw. However in the past week or so I have noticed that it has been very slow to send email out, specially when they have attachments (which are already loaded as far as I can tell). How is a user account defined?
Hi, I'm planning to buy the 2$/month plan and I was wondering how a user account is defined? I'm planning to use two or three domains, set up something like this: mail1@domain1.com mail1@domain2.com mail2@domain3.com mail3@domain3.com It doesn't matter if all those e-mails are collected within one inbox, but does that still count as just one user? I actually just want to use several e-mail addresses for sending and receiving.
