Using Zoho mail for mailer in Web Application
Hey there, I am using Zoho mail in PHP script (web application) which sends registration confirmation and other information to users, but it gets blocked if there is a lot of activity per day. Configure zoho with 1and1
I cannot receive or sent emails form my account, My domain provider is 1and1. In fact, when I made the initial configuration it works fine just for 2 days, I don't know if I need to delete and configure again or if I missed one step. I already sent email to support@zohobusiness.com but nobody answer. Hope zoho or anybody else can help with this. I have the screenshots of the configuration, let me know if I can sent it to zoho support team directly by email.
Auto Response Interval
Is there any way to set the auto-response to 0. We are using this function to send some generic information to users and if they send an email to that email we want them to get the response each and every time they send an email whether it is 10 times per day or not. If a user discards the auto-response email and wants another right away it is reasonable for them to send in another email to get another auto-response
Login button in mail.zoho.com is not working

Moved to some other service
Due to some reasons we had to move to a different service for our email We changed the MX records and removed all zoho records from domain When I send email it still hits the zoho email server. Do we need to close the account for zoho to remove the records at their end?
Can't get DomainKey to Work
I've been working at this for several days, off and on, with no luck. I followed the instructions at the following link, until I got stalled at Section 2, sub-section 4 ("Check the validity of the Domain Key") https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/adminconsole/domain-keys-configuration.html . I am getting SPF entries in your domains DNS are not configured to match with Zoho.Please configure SPF to ensure better email delivery. Event though I have set it currently in my DNS Record. Is this an issue on zoho side or my dns side? FYI I have me domain with Godaddy

Hey all, is there a way to use contact categories in the iOS app to send a mail message like you can in the browser by just typing the category name in the To field? I'm just starting with Zoho and find this feature every useful on the desktop, hope it's not missing on mobile. Thanks, Ben

Hi there! I have a script on a webpage that sends me an email with an attachment. However, the email does not arrive in my inbox. (if I have it sent to my gmail address, it arrives fine). I added the domain to the whitelisting option.. however.. still nothing. Anyone any idea how to fix this?

Dear Zoho Team, I'm just trying out a script from my machine which give auto mail (based on some conditions) from specific id (Gmail) to my Zoho mail id. while testing it worked out well. but now when i try that i get 554 5.2.3 MailPolicy violation Error delivering to mailboxes error. I think my other mail id blocked by Zoho. Now currently I'm not all receiving any mail from Gmail. How can I add my mail id to white-list so that I would continue using my auto-mailer script? Mail has HUGE Bugs!
As you can see below Zoho when compared to Gmail, is screwing up on certain links in the email. Instead of showing the link text it shows the tracking url. This happens if I try to link a URL. For example: www.theamberspirit.com When I try to link the above link it will just show the tracking code instead of showing www.theamberspirit.com The 2nd issue is that Anchor links just don't work. Just upgraded to a paid account and my test messages aren't going through! Please help - URGENT
Last night I received an email stating; MailBox Size Exceeds Limit. and that the user (me) is blocked. I was using a free account, so decided to upgrade. I had another email attached to my account and didn't want to pay for that one as well, so I deleted it. In order to delete it I had to change my password, as I had forgot the old one. I successfully changed the password, deleted the account and upgraded to a paid account. Everything seemed great until I sent a test message from Gmail and received

I don't know what is the problem with Zoho, the send mail shows the Name -neharane.4433, whereas the name is changed to Neha Rane. I have saved it many times and even changed the password, I was thinking to upgrade, but now I know why people prefer Gmail and outlook.
New IMAP server issue???
I use IMAP on my phone. never had an issue. Got a new phone today, was setting it up, when it tries to validate it keeps responding with error "your username or password is incorrect." ive rentered it a dozen plus times now... it is not incorrect. The only thing that appeared as new to me was the zoho server. zoho.eu mail settings shows blank
Dear Zoho, In Zoho Mail (EU domain), when I go to settings I get a blank window frame: https://mail.zoho.eu/zm/#settings. The settings have disappeared. This happens on both my .eu accounts.
