Cannot create email again after deleting my old account
I created a user under my account dmvestudio.com in zoho mail. So, I got lost in setting up a new email account, and I decided to cancel that account to create another account. But Zoho now tells me the email already exists. the email ID I created was contato@dmvestudio.com. How can this be corrected? (I'm sorry for my English)

IMAP Temporarily Blocked in Thunderbird on a regular basis
I'm hoping someone can tell me why this is happening and give me a fix for it. This happens randomly within Thunderbird. Sometimes it doesn't happen all day; sometimes it happens as soon as I launch Thunderbird in the morning. Generally if I just ignore the error it will start working normally within 5-10 minutes. I'm generally only accessing the mail assigned to my Zoho account via my computer but occasionally through my phone as well. I certainly wouldn't have more than 2 simultaneous connections

Email Accounts Now Missing in the Organization
My Client tried to send an email to their Milton Speed Skating Group last night. He indicated that they were blocked from sending. When I went in to take a look this morning, the email addresses are now gone and it looks like I am required to create the email addresses again. Looking at the forum it appears that there may be an issue due to the number of blocked emails in the last several hours. Can you let me know what needs to be done to correct this problem? Cannot retrieve mail
Earlier this morning I posted this question as well, but I cannot find it back, so i assume something went wrong. Recently we moved to Zoho mail, because of additional security. I have to admit that # of spam mails is less. However, it happens quite frequently that i cannot retrieve mails (see picture below). Using my Ipad I have the same problem and now for at least 3 days I do not get new mails on my Android phone. This is quite frustrating and annoying. Please can you assist to solve this problem.

I was creating an email account for the domain www.rauladvocacia.com.br and I ended up using my landline phone only that it does not receive the verification code. I have not found any place so I can put a valid cell number which I can do because it is linked to my landline.

I have a quick question in regards to setting up secure messages with Zoho email. Like Microsoft Exchange you have the ability to send an email securely by locking it down with a password, or only allowed to open when sent to certaincontacts. I just created these accounts. I used go daddy as domain provider. Set up mx and it said to delete the other mx entries in there but i didn't because I still have accounts on go daddy that i want to keep. Is this the problem. Please help

I am trying to forward emails from Zoho to Microsoft Office 365 servers and getting a large number of Host not reachable errors. some messages make it to the other mail server and others don't. Microsoft doesn't see any errors on their side but I see quite a few errors on the Zoho side. ANy ides on what this could be?
