Hi earlier today I sent a support request from the (presales) page on zoho mail because I cannot send it from I had reset the password for our domain and verified via SMS and I get "password reset successful" But whenever I try to login, it fails and says invalid password. What the... ? As I don't remember what rescue email I left in the account, I gave the phone number associated with it to send reply via SMS. Nothing yet. Is there a way to send private message from forum? I don't want to send domain
all email are not receiving
actually I tried the other email account and they are not receiving email from outside as well. So it appears I can send mail but cannot receive any mail at all. Please help.

Problem signing up to Free business account with .gr domain
I'm having problems creating the account. I get an error saying "An error occurred". The domain is craig.gr - I had accidentally created this as a personal email account but deleted it all when I couldn't add the domain as it said it was restricted. I took this to mean that the personal account didn't have this feature. I choose the Free account, enter that I wish to use my own domain. Problem with sending limits on accounts
Hello, 2 users of the account have been legitimately sending mass emails to our membership database. However, as you may have guessed this has exceeded their sending limits and effectively locked their accounts. I have spoken to them and we have moved our mass mailers away from their normal mail accounts into mail chimp. Could you please unlock their account, I assure you it will not be in violation again. Hi, I am trying to send a mail for my address book contacts in the BCC, but it does not deliver to any of the recipients. So is there a maximum number for contacts to send them a mail? or how could i send for all of my address book contents?

emails not sent. They are stucked in Outbox
Hello, Outgoing emails are stucked in outbox without being delivered. Each mail has a red exclamation sign next to it and even if I select them and click Send right now. Nothing happens. Currently I am only receiving emails. In my organization other users can send emails. I am the administrator and there are no error logs in control panel--troubleshooting.

Hi there, We are having issues with one email address marina@lovemilton.org emails are not sending on her laptop. She is able to send using her mobile phone but anytime she uses her laptop she gets a message back saying Mail rate exceeded limit. How do we resolve this? Thanks

How long does it take for a post to get through moderation? The post was my second attempt to contact Zoho to get my account access sorted out - and the post does not even show up here. Maybe I shouldn't bother with Zoho after all if it is impossible to get in touch and a timely reply? In this case, is it enough to remove the zoho verify from the DNS settings and the MX recordsd to purge all traces of the account in Zoho? Thanks.

Pasting Text Into Mail - Showing Formatting Code
Hi there, I am trying to paste a sentence into an email. However, it keeps outputting the formatting code as well. Here is a screenshot: This is happening when pasting from the Mac OSx text editor called "TextEdit" Also, I did try using CMD-Shift-V but nothing gets pasted at all with that. Outlook 2013 IMAP not syncing new emails
For some reason, the IMAP account I have set up in my Outlook 2013 doesn't update new emails. Even forcing it to "send / receive emails" doesn't result in any new emails appearing in the inbox. If I log into my webmail, I can see the emails sitting there, so not sure why they don't appear in outlook. If I can't fix this, obviously I can't use the email system going forwards. Thanks.
