I just received a message saying that mail hosting for my domain has been disabled. It stated that my MX records were not configured properly. Migrating from gmail interface but still using google apps
Hello, i'm migrating a client from gmail but he wants separate mailboxes in zoho for each email account. i've created multiple pop 3 mail boxes but now I need to get his folders from gmail into the pop3 accounts showing from zoho. It doesn't look like zoho supports imap for gmail (which is unbelievable by the way as Mozilla supports it and its desktop software), so what are my options for getting the clients folders w/ his emails into zoho? I know imap is an option when your mail is hosted by zoho
Subfolders in Inbox
Created two subfolders in my Inbox - very cool! BUT. I *cannot* open them. I *need* to access the emails in those subfolders but nothing I do will open them. I did find that by scrolling through "All Messages" in "Views" I can eventually find the email I need but what a PITA that is. And having to do that sorta negates the advantage of having subfolders. Can only assume I'm doing something simple wrong - but what?! Help, please. Have written "Help" three times, no response, so y'all are
Zoho Mail as IMAP Client
I have a family domain created currently everyone is using Outlook over POP3 to retrieve their mails. However some family members would like to move to Zoho Mail and other would like to use GMail... Can adjusting my MX records perform this need.... ex. if I set mx records as follows: 10 mx.zohomail.com 20 mx2.zohomail.com 30 ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM given the above setup if a user email account is not found on zohomail servers would it try that user on the google servers? Hi, maybe there is already an answer and I'm sorry to ask this question again, but I didn't find it. How can I setup iMail under OS X to use Zoho Mail (personal) with Exchange server (and sync emails, calendars and contacts)? I have a "no answer" error from msync.zoho.com every time I try. Responsive email design
I'd like to be able to code responsive emails to send via zoho (so they appear different when viewed on a mobile device). Unfortunately as far as I'm aware this isn't possible to do with inline styles and zoho automatically strips out any CSS. I've done tests via other email services and the results have been great, would be nice to be able do this via zoho.
Multiple emails and their primary mail id
I have 3 different zoho email addresses which I use for different email categories. Friends, Finance, Work. I set them up using three other email addresses as 'primary mail id' These 3 'primary mail id' addresses will shortly be deleted (because I'm changing internet provider) Do I have to set up another three 'primary mail id' ? I was intending just to have 3 zoho accounts and one other hotmail account. I usually access my zoho emails using thunderbird Is there a better way of achieving my goal?

Hello, I have created a matching zoho account in thunderbird to help migrate all of mail via imap over to zoho email. For some reason when i create folders in zoho they show in thunderbird but when i create them in thunderbird they do not display in zoho. Why do emails arrive so late?
I'm forwarding emails from gmail to zoho. They arrive in my zoho inbox up to 2 hours later than they are forwarded from gmail. This is not a problem with gmail, I've forwarded elsewhere and they arrive right away. Only with zoho do they take forever to arrive.... This happens with about 50% of my incoming emails. I won't give specific email IDs, it's a prevalent issue.

Change 'from' Name in Mail on iOS
Hi, I'm using Zoho Mail -- and I love it, by the way. When sending mail from my desktop, my name appears as I set it in my Mail.app preferences. However, when sending from my iPhone or iPad (I am using Zoho Mobile Sync to push email to both), my name appears as my email address when sent from the iPad, and as just the part before the @ when sending from my iPhone. I've looked at the preferences in iOS but there seems to be no way to enter a name there. What can I do? Thanks! Nikita

Zoho Mail Stupidity
There are some very annoying issues we're having with Zoho Mail: 1. Zoho CRM will not use Zoho Mail's "send mail as" configuration to send mail as alternate addresses, so all emails originating from Zoho CRM show up sent as (whatever)@zoho.com. Why does Zoho Mail support "send mail as", but not Zoho CRM? 2. Zoho Mail's Custom SMTP ports are limited to 25, 465, 587. My mail provider runs SMTP on a different port - why the arbitrary restriction? 3. Emails sent from Zoho Mail aren't showing up in Zoho

I would like to setup my Windows Mail to fetch email from @zoho.com but it won't fetch email. Some debugging suggests it is not the client's problem. Failure to connect to Zoho SMTP when trying to send an email using VBA
I am trying to use VBA from Excel to send an email. I think I have all the correct settings, but I get the error: "The server rejected the sender address. The server response was: -ERR USER NOT AUTHENTICATED" This tells me that a connection WAS made to the server and that the SMTP server decided not to allow that user in. I have two zoho email accounts, because for years, I used both my first initial and first name in my email addresses. Use Push Mail for Secondary mail account
Hello I have set up a second mail account to receive pop3 email from kevin@kevinleightonphotography.com and set it so that it deletes the email from the originating account to keep it tidy. However, I'd like to be able to use Push Mail / Msync via my Android to be able to keep up to date with the messages I'm receiving but I cant work out how to set it up for a second account. How to send outgoing mail from a desktop client as one of your aliases
Howdy all: I have set up my account and am receiving and sending mail just fine through the Zoho website. I have also set up my primary me@domain.com email address in my desktop client. It receives mail from both me@domain.com and me@domain2.com (my alias). However, I can't reply from me@domain2.com. I have 2 distinct addresses and want to reply to each of them separately. I'm afraid that if I set up both accounts in my desktop client, I'll receive all the mail from my alias twice. Thoughts?

Difference Between Shared Contacts and Groups
Hi: Can anyone explain the difference between Shared Contacts and Groups. When we set up a Group, we add contact emails, but then we see a Shared Contact listing that does not contain any email addresses and we seem to have to add them again.
