Multiple Email Accounts on Desktop
It would be great to have multiple email account windows on the desktop. At the moment there's just the one...Does it display all email from all accounts? Just curious. I plan on installing the free verison in an attempt for a client of mine to drop Time and Chaos. (it's dreaded software that goes down all the time...)
CRM Send Email link brings up crappy email interface for attachments
I am a CRM & Mail user. I have made Zoho Mail my default email in my browser so when I click "Send Mail" from the CRM an email form pops up in a new window. When I send a customer a quote, I send a .pdf of the quote(s), a brochure about the product(s), multple pictures of each product and shipping information. All told this ranges from 3 to 15 attachments per email. With this interface, I have to manually browse for and add each attachment individually. Can you PLEASE make this interface the same
Email not working and not pushing to phone since upgrading email service to 15GB.
Hi. I'm having problems since upgrading to 15GB email service. Now can't send email and will not sync with android phone. I have just joined Zoho and want to know how to send mass mail outs? It is very simple on mailchimp, but I'm just trying something new out? Is it possible to do it in zoho?
Domain and mail difficulty,
Hi, I have sent in a support ticket, but no response yet. I am needing help linking Zohomail to domain.I bought a domain through Zoho just over a year ago, and although I have had a couple of very helpful responses from the support team, I am having difficulty. I am sure if I could talk to someone, everything would be up and running in 20 minutes. My difficulty has been partly time related - when a question comes up I am already too busy again to deal with the response when it comes a few days later.
"Error While Processing" Trying to add Forwarding Address
I currently have one forwarding address to a gmail account, and I'm trying to add a second forwarding address to another gmail account. The first has worked for quite some time, but when I try to, "add an email address", a message pops up on the bottom right of the screen: "Error While Processing" I've enabled all settings on the gmail side, and I can even send messages from my new gmail account from my Zoho name, but it won't let me forward messages! Does the IMAP IDLE feature of K9 Mail work on Android phones?

Organising Links into folders for subcategories
How can I create folders for subcategories of my links? I was able to import my links and maintain my directory structure by I can't see how I can further organise links within ZOHO mail and create appropriate folders. regards Philip

I am paying $5 a month for what seems to be a free service now. I would like to change this to the $3.50 per month service (15gb) so I can get mail sync. Am i seeing something wrong? If not, how do I do this? Thanks, Tom
Can't send emails
hi there, I cant send any email. It doesnt give an error message but just doesnt react when I want to write something in the main body or press the "send" button. Also, drafts dont open properly. In the draft folder I can see the header and the beginning of the text but when it opens it only shows the recipient and the subject and main body are empty. Refreshing and restarting the browser doesnt help and I have tried it in both firefox and safari. I can receive and open emails without problem though.
AGAIN problems with attachments and russian characters
Dear Zoho Mail Team, We are AGAIN facing strange problems with attachment that contain russian characters. Now Zoho Mail complains about some names "Attachment name cannot contain special character." And i can't figure out what are they. See the attached screenshot, first and second names are mostly identical exept the latest character. Zoho doesn't like the second name. And tried to create a file with that character and it was attached successfully. So i can't understand what's the problem. Please,

Show folder item counts on all folders and sub-folders.
I think it would be nice to have folder item counts so you can tell when a folder has something in it so you don't have to click on it to see. I'm referring to what you see while looking at email folders like "Inbox". It shows the number of unread emails right? Similarly, I would like to see such counters for: Notes Tasks Links -Jeff

Sync Zoho Mail with Droid 3
I tried to follow: https://mobilesync.wiki.zoho.com/android.html but my Droid 3 does not have Microsoft Exchange Activesync. I have tried to set up using CorporateSync, which is installed. So far, it does not seem to be working. Can you suggest what I should do next?
Can't Send EmIL - IO Operation????

My mail screen loads without the mid frame!
Hi, When I login using my office computer, the header and the left bar load but the mid section where the emails are listed fails to load. "The connection has timed out. The server at zmail.zoho.com is taking too long to respond." message is listed instead. If I login from a different computer it works. SENT mail from my Zoho ending up in my Blackberry INBOX
Its a strange problem. My work BB (connected to our Exchange servers) is also connected to my Gmail, Rogers and ZoHo email accounts. For some reason, whenever i send an email from the ZoHo webpage interface, my BB gets a copy of the SENT item in my INBOX (in other words, the email i sent arrives in my BB ZoHo inbox as a 'new message'. The 'new message' only displays in my BB ZoHo inbox; not in my web ZoHo inbox. In addition, when sending an email from my BB using the ZoHo account, there is no issue.

Emails stay on server after downloading
Hi, I'm wondering why my emails stay on the server when I download them using POP?? I use Thunderbird with the settings NOT to leave messages on the server. When I download my Zoho mail and later delete all it will be downloaded again after a while. It's a major problem....Also if I set Thunderbird to delete messages from server when I delete them locally they still stay and are re-downloaded after a while. my address squarebox@zoho.com
open links in email
I cannot open links in email. The links are highlighted but the cursor does not show them as links and clicking does not open the link. How can I fix this? Thank you.
neither IMAP nor POP working with Palm Pre mobile phone
I'm using a Palm Pre which has both IMAP and POP support. I could not get either to work with Zoho using the settings in Zoho help. Yes, both IMAP and POP are turned on in settings. Please advise.

I have just opened a free personal email account with ZOHO. I need to know the following: 1) can I create one or more aliases (as explained below) or I need to get a domain? Contact Sort Logic
I know this has likely been requested many times, but the sort logic in Contacts needs to be enhanced. 1) Sort by Last Name should be: a. Look at Last Name field, use if not NULL b. Last Name = NULL, use Company if not NULL c. Company = NULL, use First Name 2) Create Sort by Company logic to go by Company-->Last Name-->First Name 3) Quit requiring a First Name value in the record. This would eliminate the need for you to populate the First Name field (and require it) with the characters
My Incoming mail got blocked

Can't file a support case- error on Zoho Support page
I've been trying to file a support case regarding the Priority level dropdown menu, but there's no "Submit" button on my support page, and at the bottom of the support submission page, it keeps saying "Error on page". Anyway, my issue is: When I select the dropdown to select the Priority Level (high, medium, etc), the menu occasionally shows up, and when it does, I can't choose any level whatsover. It's not loading properly, and it just disappears. This has been going on more than three weeks.
Replicating folder structure in 2nd email account
I just set up a 2nd email account in Zoho Mail, and would like to move all my mail from my first account, as well as its folder structure, to the 2nd email account. I tried dragging and dropping, but that doesn't work. Any suggestions? Thanks

I just starting using Zoho Mail. I have 2 questions. 1. How do I get my Zoho contacts into Zoho Mail? I assumed that this would be automatic. 2.
