One of the features I used almost everyday to stay organized, ( an ongoing challenge to this personality type!!), was the ability zoho gave me to just click on the "FROM" section and have all the emails from that ISP come up for me to sort through. Hi, Since I changed my primary email address I have been having problems re-validating my primary domain name. I have been trying to problems solve this for now two days. It was initially validated at siwearoutreach@siwearoutreach.com email address which is the wrong email address and since been change to the current gmail address in my account right now. Email add on with Gmail
I just signed up for the mail add-on. I use Gmail and have 30,000 emails in it. Zoho seems to be importing from Gmail at about 100 and is importing the oldest first. Is there a way to mass delete the emails in Zoho - I don't want all of those old emails in there! And is there a way to have it pull the new emails not the old ones? Thanks, Cheryl

Multiple Contacts routinely sent to spam folder
Messages from several of my saved contacts are regularly being sent to the spam folder, even some who are replying to a message that I sent. I have tried deleting them and re-adding as contacts to no avail. Sent a message and left a voicemail to Zoho support, but no response yet.

I would like to be able to create a new folder in a shared work space while adding a file to Zoho docs from Zoho mail. I know you can do this for personal folders but the button is greyed out in work spaces.
Multiple Bugs in both Firefox and IE for zoho mail
Can we get a fix for zoho mail on the following. Spell check - 2 common issues here. once email is checked we cannot left click for spelling options. For the most part will only let us check once. Various buttons not working after inactivity
Today, after being logged on for awhile and inactive(~ 1 hour), I will try to click on the checkbox next to several emails to try to delete them. The checkbox will not activate however. I click on another folder and come back to the Inbox and the checkboxes work. Also, I tried to reply to emails and after preparing the email, the send button doesn't work. Going to another folder and then coming back does not fix this behavior. Thanks, Nate
Four steps backward for zoho mail
Zoho was so much better than gmail. It's not that much better now. We've lost the instant delete, the function to see a mail in full screen, the function to group all mails from a ceratin person at the touch of a button, and a few others. Adding people to an email has also become a pain. If the name is John but but his email is dance@whatever.com you now have to remember his email. Zoho has gone from a 10 to a 6 in my opinion. Sorry about that, but that's the way it is.
Can't attach

Is Zoho free or not???
One of my clients recommended Zoho to me days ago. I tried it and kind of like it. But the problem is that both trial versions I tried cannot be upgraded to the free version. I tried Zoho business and Zoho CRM. They both keep telling me that I am using a trial version and should upgrade it, but when I try to upgrade it, it won't work. Blind Send Feature
Can Zoho try bringing in BlindSend feature? There is one email client called Courier from RoseCitySoftware (inherited from Calypso of MCSDallas) which implements this feature. This is an extension of BCC in that you can type all the email addresses in the TO field and when you check BlindSend Checkbox, CC and BCC boxes would be disabled. When you click send, the email is sent to each address as if it was individually addressed. The TO address of each recipient would show only his address.
mail service not working
IE reports a problem with the page... the emails can't be opened and the functions buttons do not respond at all.
Shared Mail Folder
We currently use Exchange 2003 and one of the benefits is public folders, we have things setup so all info@ email drops into the public folder so anyone within the company can see the mail and respond to to it, I can see you support shared calender etc but not email. Do you have any plans for this? This is a major requirment to us as everyone in the company needs access to both their direct email and the companies public email.
New business user not able to login at start of new account
Hi, I've just noticed a new zoho account user can no longer login into their account unless the email address they've provided is outside the domain that is registered with zoho mail hosting. Zoho provides a messages that says an "authorization message has been sent" to your email. The only problem is the email is hosted through the business mail of zoho and a new user was created in the control panel, not an outside domain service. This feature was working before all the updates and i had no problem

Where´s the X gone?
You did a great job on the new changes! But I am desperately missing the x beside each mail to delete it!! To me that was the most comfortable function to keep my inbox clean. I know there are other ways to delete mails, but it would be great to have the usability of mail-Tools like Outlook and stuff back where you either delete with the keyboard or one click with the mouse. It might sound weird that I am complaining about one additional click (mark+delete) but for efficient work that is a lot. let
Email stripping out verification link?
I'm trying to change my Apple ID (for buying stuff through the iTunes store) to my Zoho address. But the verification email has no link for me to click. I tried sending one to my work email, and it has a link, just as expected. My guess is that it's a javascripted link (or something) that Zoho is stripping out for security purposes. Files are not being attached.
Hi ! I am having a problem while attaching any file to an outgoing email. Whenever I click on Attach button, a dialog box appear to select file(s) but nothing happens after selecting file. Files are not being attached. I have tried to drop a file too but again, nothing happens. Am I missing something? Is there any other way to attach files? Naveen Sharma

Re New Design of Mail
Two things that I used often and am now missing: 1) the ability to click on the loser to generate a list of all messages in the inbox from that user (this was a great feature for allowing me to do quick bulk deletes or moves of messages. 2) the ability to delete a message with one click from the now missing red x on the right hand side. POP access
I added a POP email account under my ZOHO account and I need to download all messages in the Sent folder but I can access only the main ZOHO account from Outlook not the other POP account. Any help please. Thanks
Recent Changes to Interface
I can no longer click on the name of the sender in the From column and have all that senders emails open in a new tab. That was a VERY useful feature - has it been removed? ZOHO aliases
I am wondering if it is possible to create a ZOHO alias email address to use instead of your main ZOHO email address. If this is not available, please include it as a new feature. It would be helpful as a throw away address for temporary use or for permanent use as an alternate email address. Thank you.
New design harder on my eyes
The font somehow seems thinner, maybe it's also the increased spacing between mails, I don't know. The green theme I was using also seems "colder". But my eyes definitely feel strained after a while, and I didn't have this problem before.
Is it possible to display the inbox email list and the preview panel side by side?
I quite often sort through a lot of recent emails and the preview panel is a must but it would be nice to be able to see a longer list of emails than the current configuration (email list top, preview pane bottom) allows. I have looked through the settings and templates and have found nothing. If there is a way to do this it would be fantastic!

Mail is very slow

We"re sure you"ll like the much faster page loading and preview times too! " I do not now if receiving and sending is faster but i now that Zoho Mail overall is much slower now. For my free email account, the size being displayed in Settings -> Mail -> Mail Accounts for my email id is 1 MB. Is the storage THAT limited??
Firefox OK, Not working w/Expl 7
I prefer to use Explorer 7 with my e-mail as I have in the past, but since the update today it is not responding - can't compose, can't open e-mail, can't mark and move e-mails, etc, etc.. Will Zoho Mail be working again on Explorer 7? Is there anything I need to do to make this happen?
