Sent Mail from Zoho Mail sync with Zoho CRM contacts & leads?
Our company has been using Zoho CRM and I love it. Monday, I started using Zoho Mail and gingerly moving away from Outlook and the Zoho Plug-in. However, is it possible to link Zoho Mail I send to my Zoho CRM leads and contacts? This would be and greatly needed. I hope the solution is not to go to each lead or contact and send from their "profile" page. Jason

Account settings is Eastern Time but Incoming Email shows Central Time (1 hour behind)
Dear Zoho Mail Team, Can you fix the time zone calculation issue? My Account setting is configured for EDT (Eastern Daylight Time) whereas it behaves as if in Central Daylight Time. Business email
I have created a business email from my zoho account. This new business email doesn't receive any messages into the inbox that it is sharing with my zoho email. I can send messages from it but it won't receive any that I send from my gmail. I am therefore unable to verify this new email and it may get closed down. Hi I have recently set up a myname@zoho.com and also "collecting" email from info@mydomain.com Can anyone advise what the mail box size is please? ie how much storage there is for email I am currently considering a switch from Google Apps and the mailbox limit is 7.5gb Any advice appreciated Thanks
Zoho as a POP account for outlook 2003
I am having trouble getting zoho to work with outlook 2003 in my older machine that is running XP. I have gone through all the settings and tested them and received green check marks all the way down the list. When I go to send/receive I am not able to get past about 24kb of data. What am I missing on the set up process.

Hello, i am using zoho mail, i recently found out that it's a serious service, which i gave up to google.com paid mail for. I represent a local company and along with our employees we started using a zoho mail as official one and the mails i send and receive from my customers are quite important, due to big volume of clients that contact us via zoho mail, which we use because other services would not support. Spell Check in Mail
As default the spell checker in mail checks using English US. I can change it to English UK manually but it reverts back to default when I log out and back in. How can I set the default to English UK ?
How long will my mail be kept in my mail account?
I currently use yahoo and outlook express. I can keep emails forever on both of these, and sometimes I search my history 3, 4 even 5 years back. My friend told me on Zoho emails are kept for 12 months even if you haven't hit the data size limit of 10gb. Is this true? I really want to switch, but this would be terrible for me. And what about in the free account? Are emails only kept for 12 months? Also, if I use the archive function and archive my eamils, will they still come up in a search? I am
Blackberry and Zoho Mail
Hello, Since I really like Zoho interface, I have replaced MS outlook with Zoho and I have a few (gmail and google apps) email addresses that I'm now hosting in Zoho. I also host same email addresses on my blackberry. Problem I'm having is that when I used to use Outlook, I could purge all my emails off the gmail/google apps server via my blackberry and I can't figure out how to fix the problem working in Zoho. Sending email inadvertently with keystroke(s)
Hello, I'm having a problem when I'm composing an email in Zoho that when I inadvertently hit a combination of keys, the send function is triggered and the email is sent off without me finishing it. Question is what keystrokes am I hitting that is triggering the send function without me clicking send once I'm ready to send. Thanks!

Thank you for the awesome product that caused me to leave Gmail. How do I sync added POP3 mail accounts to IMAP client app so I can manage on desktop?
I've added three POP3 accounts to my zoho account. I can view them all from the zoho Web interface at mail.zoho.com. However, when I set up Thunderbird to fetch mail from my zoho account, only the zoho account's mail synchronized. How to I make the rest of the mail associated with the zoho account synchronize, so that I can manage all of it? Hello, I am new to Zoho mail and have a question. I setup zoho mail to pull emails from my gmail account but before doing so archived all of my gmails because I don't want these in the zoho account (there are thousands so wanted to start with a clean slate) but, even though they are archived in gmail zoho is still pulling them in?? How can I stop this from happening because it will take days. Thanks Andrew
added users cannot log in!
Would appreciate any advice .. I added a second user to my zoho mail account, assigned the email ID & password. If I sign out as the primary administrator, and try to log into zoho mail using the email ID and password fro the second user, zoho just shows "page not found". The primary user works fine, I have no idea what step I've missed. Have tried deleting the user and adding again, same result. thanks!

Setting up a new mailbox for Google
I want to set up a new mailbox in Zoho so GMail is fully synchronised with Zoho The system seems only to allow pop3 accounts, there is no link for IMAP. When I try to set up a mailbox for ampers@gmail.com, the boxes are filled in automatically other than password below the first section. Hello, I am curious to hear your advice regarding how to best manage my email, of which I receive a ridiculous daily amount, making it hard to stay organized. How about adding the account name to the new e-mail pop-up notification? This would be extremely usefully for users that have multiple pop3 accounts configured.
