User booking pages are dedicated booking pages that list all the event types offered by a specific user. They allow customers to view and book any service offered by that user from a single page.They are ideal for sharing or embedding a team member's booking page on your website, emails, social media, or other channels, giving customers access to all of their bookable services through a single link.
- Business booking page - Allows you to book across multiple workspaces by displaying all available workspaces in a single view.
- Event type booking page - Allows you to book a single event type.
- Workspace booking page - Allows you to book all the events under a single workspace.
1. How user booking pages work
A user booking page displays all the event types associated with a specific user, allowing customers to view available services and schedule appointments from one place. You can configure the following settings for a user booking page:
Set header - Upload a logo and title for your booking page
These settings help personalize the booking experience while maintaining a consistent presentation for all event types offered by the user.

2. Steps to access user booking page settings
- Switch to the required workspace in the top-left corner, then click Booking Pages located at the end.
- Hover over the required user booking page and click the Themes and Layouts icon
. You can perform the below settings for the user booking page.

2.1 Set theme
There are three pre-defined themes along with color options to choose from for a user booking page - Sleek, Basic and Compact. A preview of the selected theme and color can be seen at the left to help you make a selection.
- Under the Theme section, select the required layout and color options.
- Preview the theme if required at the left and click Save.

2.2 Set header
You can set the header of the user booking page, i.e the logo and title of the user.
- Click the Header section in the right pane of the user booking page settings.
- Enter the title as required.
- Upload the profile picture image under Logo.
Click Save.
Info: Image file size must be less than 5 MB. The image can have a height of 50px and a width of 50px to 110px. Applicable file types are JPG, PNG, and GIF.
Note: You can hide any elements by clicking the eye icon

if it is not required.
2.3 Set title, description, and language
You can set the page title and description to convey details about your offerings or welcome the customers.
- Click the Page Properties section in the right pane in the user booking page settings.
Enter the title and description. You can format the description with the below formatting options available.
You can also add a link in the description by clicking the Create Link
icon.
Info: The title can have up to 50 characters, and description can have a maximum of 2000 characters.
- Choose the language for your booking page. You can either choose based on the customer's browser language or in a fixed language of your choice.
- Click the Upload icon
, select your custom CSS file. - Click Save.
Note: You can hide any elements by clicking the eye icon
if it is not required.

2.4 Set SEO properties
You can configure SEO settings to control how your booking page appears in search engine results and improve its visibility. You can define the title, keywords, and meta description to help search engines understand your page content and optimize how it is displayed in search results. When indexing is enabled, your booking page URL is updated to a new URL. Use the updated URL wherever the booking page link is shared or used. Search engine indexing and tracking works only with this updated URL.
Info: The older URL will not be supported for any purposes like searching or tracking.
This feature is available only for Premium plan.
Steps to configure SEO properties
Click to expand the SEO Properties section.

Enable or disable the Indexing option.
When enabled, search engines can index your booking page and it may appear in search results.
When disabled, search engines are instructed not to index your page, and it may not appear in search results.
Enter a Title for your booking page. This field is mandatory and will appear as the main heading in search results.
Add Keywords separated by commas to improve the discoverability of your booking page.
Provide a Meta Description to describe your booking page. This appears as a summary in search results.
Click Save to apply the configured SEO settings to your booking page.
