Business Booking page

Business booking page

1. In a nutshell

A business booking page serves as a centralized page/dashboard that showcases all the workspaces in your organization. This allows you to manage all of your event types by sharing a single business booking page link. This also allows customers to explore and book services across workspaces from one unified page.
Info
There are also three other types of booking pages.
  1. Event type booking page allows to book a single event type
  2. User booking page allows to book with a single user that lists all the events offered by that user.
  3. Workspace booking page allows to book any event listed under a specific workspace.

2. Feature availability

Idea
Business booking page
    • Super admin and admins can access and manage the settings of the business booking page.
    • Workspace admins and managers can only view the settings of the business booking page.
    • Staff cannot view or access the settings of the business booking page.

3. Overview

In organizations with multiple departments or service categories, sharing separate booking links for each workspace or event type can lead to confusion and back-and-forth coordination with customers. To avoid this and streamline the scheduling experience, it's essential to offer a single, unified access point for all services. Zoho Bookings provides a Business Booking Page that displays a consolidated list of all workspaces under your organization. This centralized page simplifies navigation, reduces friction, and offers your customers a seamless way to explore and book the services they need all from one place.

You can perform two primary actions with the Business Booking Page:
Redirect URL – Automatically redirect customers to a fallback page (workspace, business, or external URL) in case of accessing an incomplete URL.
Theme Customization – Apply consistent predefined themes (Default or Fresh) to maintain brand identity across booking pages.

4. Use case

Consider a software company that operates multiple departments such as support, infrastructure, training, and consulting, each managed under a separate workspace in Zoho Bookings. Sharing individual workspace links with customers leads frequent back-and-forth coordination.

Solution with business booking page:
  • By setting up a business booking page, the company provides a unified booking page experience where customers will have an opportunity to explore the event types across different workspaces and then make the required booking.
  • The admin can also set up a redirect URL to ensure that if a customer uses an outdated or broken link, they are still directed to the correct business booking page, thereby preventing failed attempts.

5. Steps to access the Business Booking Page

  1. Click the Admin Center  icon at the top-right corner.
  2. Under the Organization section, select Business Booking Page. This displays all booking pages across the available workspaces in your business.
  3. On the Business Booking Page, the following actions can be performed:
    1. Click Share to send the booking page link to your clients and let them book an appointment.
      • Click Open page to access the live booking page.
      • Click Themes and Layouts to customize the booking page appearance to your preference.

5.1 Redirect URL

Redirect URL helps guide customers to the correct page if they land on an invalid or incomplete booking link, ensuring a smooth experience and avoiding confusion from broken or incorrect links.

  2. Under the Product Customizations section, select Custom Domain.
This setting is configured at the business level and applies across all workspaces.

You can choose to redirect customers to one of the following:
First workspace booking page – Takes customers to the booking page of the first listed workspace.
Business booking page – Displays all workspaces under your business in a single view.
External URL – Redirects to any custom webpage outside Zoho Bookings, like your website homepage.

Example:
If a customer accesses a broken URL like:https://bookings.zoho.com/yourbusiness/invalidlink
and you’ve set the redirect URL to the business booking page, they will be taken to:https://bookings.zoho.com/yourbusiness.
