1. In a nutshell
A workspace booking page groups all the event types that are offered within a workspace. You can set theme, header, footer, page title, description, background image, language, and customize the booking page to reflect your business theme.

3. Overview
You can set up the following in a workspace booking page. The same will be applied to all the
event type booking pages under it.
- Set theme
- Set header
- Set footer
- Set title, description, and background image
- Set the language
- Set the button text
- Pre-select options in booking page
4. Steps to access workspace booking page settings
- Switch to the required workspace in the top-left corner, then click Booking Pages.
- Under the Workspace booking page, click Themes and Layouts. You can perform the below settings for the workspace booking page.

4.1 Set theme
There are four predefined themes along with numerous color options to choose from for your booking page: Default, Modern Web, Classic, and Fresh. A preview of the selected theme and color can be found at the left to help you make a selection.
- Under the Theme section, select the required layout.
- Choose a color under Color Options. You can preview the theme at the left.
- Click Save.
Note: For Modern Web theme, you can set text for the book appointment button. The button text can have a maximum of 50 characters.

Info: Options for various settings differ for each theme.
4.2 Set button text
You can customize the button text on the booking page that says "Book Appointment" according to your preference. This is applicable only for Modern Web Theme.
- Click the Theme section. Choose the Modern Web theme.
- Enter the required text under Button Text and click Save.
Note: Button text can have a maximum of 50 characters.

4.3 Pre-select options in booking page
You can choose to display the details of the first available appointment slot (such as date, time, and user) when a customer books an appointment. Alternatively, you can opt to show only the labels, such as "Choose user," "Pick a date," and "Select event type."
- Click the Theme section. Choose the Modern Web theme.
- Select the Pre-select option in booking page checkbox to show the first available options.
- Click Save. The screen below shows the selection options in the booking page showing the first available options.

- Alternatively, you can also deselect the checkbox Pre-select option in booking page to show the labels and click Save. The screen below shows the labels in the selection options.

You can set the header of the booking page, i.e the logo and title that appears at the top left.
- Click the Header section to change the title as required and upload the logo image.
Click Save.
Info: The logo can have a maximum size of 5 MB. It can have a height of 50 px, and a width of 50 px to 110 px. Applicable file types are jpg, png, and gif.
Note: You can hide any elements by clicking the eye icon

if it is not required.
You can set the footer of the booking page so customers can view information about your business, such as the contact number and social media links of your business.
- Click the Footer section.
- Add the contact number, email address, Facebook, Instagram, X and LinkedIn id of your business.
- Click Save.

4.6 Set title, description, and background image
You can set the page title and description to convey details about your offerings or welcome the customers. Additionally, you can upload a background image that aligns with your brand personality to create a visually appealing and professional booking page.
- Click the Page Properties section.
- Enter the Title and Description.

You can format the description with the below formatting options available.

You can also add a link in the description by clicking the Create Link
icon.
- Click the Upload icon and browse the background image. A pop-up will appear in which you can crop the image and click Upload.

- Adjust the Transparency level for the background image.
- Click Save.

Note:
- Title can have up to 50 characters, and description can have a maximum of 2000 characters.
- You can hide any elements by clicking the eye icon
if it is not required.
Info: The background image can have a maximum size of 5 MB and a maximum of 1000px for width and 300px for height. Applicable file types are jpg, png, jpeg, and gif. - You can remove the background image by clicking the close icon
in the background image option.

4.7 Set language
This setting lets you choose the language for your booking page. There are 15 languages that you get to choose from – English, French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese, Arabic, Japanese, Chinese, Italian, Romanian, Hebrew, Swedish, Swahili, and Russian.
You can either choose any one of the above languages or choose the option "Based on customer location", which shows the booking page in the customer's browser locale.
- Click the Workspace Properties section.
- Select the required option under Language and click Save.

Note:
The Based on customer location choice considers the language set in the customer's browser locale. Further, the language in the browser locale is considered for translation only when it is one of the 15 languages mentioned above. When the language in the locale is not supported, the translation defaults to English.
If a particular language is chosen, then all customers will see only the chosen language (provided it is supported), irrespective of their location.
