What's new in the revamped calendar - An overview of user interface and features

Hello Everyone,

Scheduling meetings and events using online calendars has become inevitable as almost the entire business world has gone online. Keeping track of events, meetings and appointments has become a necessity.

To serve you better, we at Zoho have revamped our Zoho Calendar with a completely new User Interface. In addition to it the New Zoho Calendar comes with many enhancements and new  features to make the calendar suit your taste, plan your day and make the most of it.



Here are the various enhancements and new features that will help you get familiarized with the All New Zoho Calendar User Interface.

Customize the appearance

With all new calendar grid appearance now you can customize the grid to suit your needs. You can switch between various views, change the layout, set your work week, hours and time, choose to have bold or light colors for the events, switch to night mode, etc.,. Know more.

Secondary time zone

You can now set a secondary time zone and get it displayed in your calendar grid. This will help you plan and schedule events for the teams seated across the globe. See how it's done.

All new create event form

Event creation has been made easy and confusion free through the new Event Creation form. You can change the time zone, invite attendees, book conference rooms, add conferencing, view the free/ busy schedule of the attendees, etc.,. Learn more. 

Participant permissions

Now, you can set Individual participant permission and manage the participants in Zoho Calendar. This helps you to limit the access of information that shall be available to individual participants. Take a look at it. 

Advanced Search options

Now, you need not struggle hard to think of a keyword before searching for an event amidst the sea of events that are added to your calendar. The all new Zoho Calendar has the Advanced Search option which helps you to search and find an event using a wide range of options like title, location, organizer, calendar, and date range. Learn more.

Resource Booking

Stop running and take a deep breath. We've got you covered from rushing to admin offices to book conference rooms and resources for your event or meeting. You can sit in your workplace and look into the availability of rooms, resources in a room and book them using the Resource Booking feature in the all new Zoho Calendar. Know more.
 
Along with these we have various other enhancements and features like multi-tab functionality to help you not lose track of what you do, more input options for smart addition of events, sharing calendars, subscribing to calendars, syncing Zoho app calendars, recovering deleted events and calendars from trash, etc.,.
