There is no option to actually contact support. It's giving me this error when I try to upload a new list, after I associate the correct columns. An unexpected error occurred during import. Please contact Zoho Campaigns Support.
Quick Resend...!
Hi! I'm often following up with email OPENED and CLICKED recipients for a few days after a campaign has been sent. Upon every other call I am asked to send the email again...! Would it be possible to have a quick resend feature, where I click on a recipient email and an option of 'Quick Resend' appears (along with the other information that appears now). Clicking on that Quick Resend link does as it says, and sends the email again to the recipient. Does anyone else like this idea?
Clean up Bounced & Auto-Reply E-Mail Addresses
We migrated from Constant Contacts. Unfortunately, this listing was not well maintained. We have been working through all of the bounces, auto-replies, etc. associated with our e-mail campaigns. We now believe that we our our mailing list clean. How can we be sure that the CRM sync to Campaigns is 100% resetting all e-mail addresses to ensure a clean e-mail campaign? I want to clean out all contact info from Campaigns. Here's what I think I need to do: - Delete all contacts with campaigns -

Syncing a custom view imports more than just those in the custom view
I've noticed this a few times now - I create a new sync based on a custom view, and yet only some of the view's criteria are taken into account during the sync. For example, I have criteria in my custom view for source, industry and whether or not the follow up box has been checked. Yet when the campaign is sent, I've noticed it goes out to absolutely every contact meeting initial criteria of source, as well as to those who have the "follow up" box checked and whether the industry is "corporate"
Zoho Campaign Not mailing to everyone
I have two list...List one has 528 subscribers and list two has 294 subscribers (sync from Zoho CRM) for a total of 822 subscribers. But when I create a campaign and select both list to mail to it only mails to 684. I've check to see if maybe the other 138 have unsubscribe or bounce but no...Not the case. Segment or suppresss a list through an import?
I've sent a campaign to all of my contacts. I'd to send a 2nd email to all the contacts that didn't respond yet. I have a list of the 600 contacts that responded. It's a CSV with email only as the field. Is there a way to import that list just a suppression list so that I can send a campaign to my full contact list suppressing these 600 contacts/emails that already responded? I see how I can use segments to do this on an individual basis, but I'd hope there'd be a way to easily import this list

Custom contact tag in Zoho Campaigns and CRM
Hi there, We wanted to send out an email campaign with a custom tag in the subject line of our email. With the tag we wanted to include the Company name of the subscriber in the subject line. So we created a custom tag in Zoho campaigns and assigned "Account Name" as the field to fetch from in the CRM. Once we created this and sent out the mailers, the emails included the contact first name and not the account name. Sync contacts from creator only completes once
Hi, I have setup 3 mailing lists to sync from reports in creator. The sync completes the first time with no problems but fails to sync again. Therefore any updates made in creator don't get synced to campaigns. I have read the support pages and understand there are limits to the number of syncs, however, only one ever completes. The idea is that i will be updating fields daily on CMR and i want those fields to be reflected on the CAMPAINGS ZOHO. Hi, We've recently sent out a campaign with an header in the template that includes a link to "View this email in a browser". Company names in Zoho Campaigns
my question is regarding the companies' names which are not seen when i check the list of clicked/opened/bounced contacts (i mean when i open the campaign and check the results). my contacts from Zoho Campaigns are synced with the ones in Zoho CRM, and while in Zoho CRM the company is included in the contact sheet, i cannot always see it in Zoho Campaigns. just to point out: it does not refer to all contacts, i can see some companies. what does it depend on? and what can i do to make all companies

Google Contacts fields VS Zoho Campaigns fields
I'm syncing contacts from my google apps account, so far working ok, the issue for me is: In google contacts fields I have first and last and there is an other middle, google only fills the frst two fields. In Zoho campaigns contact fields I have First Name and Last name and that's ok. Creator Sync not Working
When I try to "Add New Sync" for a Zoho Creator View, I get a "Loading" message for a second then nothing happens. When I select "Add New Sync" for Zoho Contacts, it behaves correctly. If I attempt to click "Sync Contacts from Zoho Services" the select "Zoho Creator" from the dropdown menu, I do not receive any fields to select an App or a View and if I click "Proceed" I get a "Loading" message for a second then nothing happens.
How To Fix Mailing List Signup Confirmation Emails Going into Spam
Hello, We use Zoho campaigns to manage lists, and have embedded signup forms in various web properties we manage. When someone signs up by entering their email into the form, they receive an opt-in confirmation email. However, this email always ends up in their spam box. Furthermore, the email appears to be sent by zcsend.net instead of from us. We've already set up DKIM and SPF on Zoho and have verified that it works properly with our campaign emails. Converted Leads not removed from Lead Campaign List
We have 2 autoresponders, 1 for leads and 1 for clients. When a lead converts to a contact, we want them removed from the lead autoresponder list. To achieve this, I have checked in the sync config "Exclude Converted Leads" and also checked unsubscribed. But when I go to these leads later, they are now on both lists. Anyone know what I am doing wrong?
