Remove gaps between sections
How can I remove the gaps between each section added? I have images inserted as different sections as well as text and when I preview it there are large gaps. When I am looking at the components there is a dotted line and then white space all around. How do I get rid of the white space? Also how do you get rid of the white space below the last image I put in and the footer that says "This email was sent by" etc?

Edit the order of emails in Autoresponders
Hi, Is it possible to change the order of the emails in an autoresponder list? Or to add an extra follow-up message, not at the end of the list but, somewhere in the middle? It seems I can only add extra follow-up messages at the end and so if I want to add an extra follow-up email at the beginning (Day 1) the I must delete the whole list and start again. Hopefully I'm mistaken in thinking this, so please do correct me if so.
Merging Campaign results into CRM
I use Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns. How do I get the results of the campaigns back into CRM? I would like the results for each contact (for example, "opened," "clicked" and "bounced") automatically recorded in the contact's record in CRM. Is there a way to do this?

Zoho Campaigns- creating segments for leads with status set as "not contacted" or blank
I am looking into setting up a campaign on the "Zoho Campaigns" section of the site and would like to send a HTML campaign to my leads who haven't been contacted by our company yet. These leads have their lead status set as "not contacted" or this section is left blank on their company profile. I can't seem to find a way to send the campaign only to these specific leads? does anyone know how to do this? FYI, I have gone to Zoho Campaigns- contacts- list management- segments- create new segment-

Unsuccessful Syncs (Zoho CRM - Zoho Campaigns)
Our lead syncs between Zoho CRM to Zoho Campaigns are down since 2 days ago. The issue is that the programmed date and time of syncs keep postponing themselves automatically. Hence we have tried to contact the Technical Support Team countless number of times and we have received NO support nor answer whatsoever. Zoho Campaigns reverts to old version
Zoho Campaigns suddenly reverts to an old version sometimes when i am opening up again/ I have been using Campaigns for over 12 months and never had this problem until last week. I have attached a screenshot of the test email that was sent (after correcting an old cloned version and saving), then a screen shot of when I went back in to edit one minute later and it had reverted to an old version even though the correct version was saved. Is there a bug with Zoho Campaigns?

Managing Contacts in Campaigns?
Is there an easy way to manage lists in Campaigns. For example, there is an option to merge lists, but no option to say Remove People from list "A" who are in List "B" OR if I look at a contact info under Contacts in Campaigns, I can see what lists they are in but I cannot edit the lists they are subscribed to from the contact record? It would be much easier to manage people if the lists they are in where shown as check boxes that I could check or un-check to add or move them to other lists. Any
See Zoho campaign activity data on leads page
Hello Zoho Team, I have integrated my zoho campaign account with my zoho crm account. I can see the campaign activity (clicks, bounce etc) under campaign tab of my Zoho CRM however I wanted to get this data directly to my leads. To simplify: I would like to create a new field called "Newsletter Clicked Date" I would like the field to update with today's date if someone clicks on a link within the newsletter email sent out. That is great for tracking but it requires every contact to approve the email before it can be sent. That makes Zoho virtually worthless when it comes to email campaigns targeting totally cold prospects that have never heard of the product. Email campaigns targeting these new prospects need to be initiated through "Sendy" where they do not have the choice to disregard the email or not. After we get a response, then the outcome may easily be added to Zoho for tracking purposes.
Is there a way in Campaigns (or even CRM) to send a one-question mass mailing?

Can I use pick-lists in the ZOHO sign-up forms? I am having problems creating forms with fields that have a pick-list or multiple-pick-list. They don't seem to show properly on the forms. Is there a way to make this work? Thanks! Adele
setting up campaign
I am setting up a campaign. I am the adm of the Zoho account. We have 5 users. Should each user have a log into the campaign to sync the contacts which they 'own'? Or do I as administrator sync all the contacts in the database and then segment them based on the views in the CRM? thanks, JP

I am going to send a campaign and for the individual users I have a personnel message which is around 900 symbols. The personnel message is written in the Zoho CRM ( the name of the field is Zoho Campaign Personnel Message). Is there a reason why I haven't been able to add custom items to my Industry field? I have tried to do it in both Firefox and Chrome, delete the cookies (previous instruction provided to another issue) and it still does not work.
Security Concern - Manage Users - Privilege - Access Campaign Detailed Reports
I am trying to set up my sales rep to ONLY access the reporting capabilities within ZOHO. All privileges are set to "Owner Only" or "Owner & Admin" except for the "Access Campaign Detailed Reports, Stats and Its Analysis" It appears that the sales rep user can still create new campaigns, contacts, etc. I only want read access to the reports. Unwanted symbols when trying to upload a .HTM file into Campaigns.
I'm trying to upload a basic PR to send to multiple recipients, and I've had issues on the way. The file is a simple .DOC file created in microsoft word. I've saved the file as a .HTM file in order to upload it into ZOHO Campaigns. When uploading it, the content is perfect, but any quotation marks (") or apostrophe (') are automatically converted into weird "O" symbols of another kind. I've tried editing the file to include special HTML code but that doesn't fix the issue. Any help? Using the same
Sing Up form confirmation email marked as spam on google
Hi, I have a problem setting up Sing Up form related to a List. I created a simple sign up form and use the URL link generated to load the form an insert data (email, first name, last name) If I use as email address any address on google domain (google.com but also other domain registered on google server) the confirmation email was automatically marked as SPAM. Associate Leads from Web Forms to Campaigns
Is it possible to pass the Campaign ID in a Web Form? I would like to do that so Leads that are created from that Web Form are automatically associated to the Campaign that was specified.
Edit information in a zoho campaign text area field

I have created an HTML template which I unable to edit - well I can, but as soon as I save and exit, the changes are not saved. I've tried cloning and editing, and that doesn't work either. Please help me as I need to get this campaign out urgently.

White borders appearing in templates
I have recently noticed a problem while working with ZOHO campain and Email campaigns. There are white borders appearing in the template even though the inner and outer background colours are the same. Is there a bug in the program and/or how can delete the borders?
