I am sending a test campaign of a Draft Email and it is only sending in plan text, even though I have selected HTML only
I am trying to send a simple email campaign, have drafted the content and layout and anytime I send a test It is only a plan text version. No graphics, no colour, no layout whatsoever.

Header & Footer Merge Tags in the content... Hi there... I would like to use Update Profile and Unsubscribe Pre-defined Merge tags in my content of a campaign. How can I do it with just the following: I would like the user to be able to click directly on Update Profile rather than the entire link being shown and clicking on that. And same goes with the Unsubscribe. Using the merge tags is great, but in the content of the campaign... it is the entire link that shows... How can i change this?

Is there a way to turn off (sort-a-speak) specific mailing lists so they do not show up when you go to Update your Profile? Or can you choose which mailing lists you would like them to have access to? Or can we delete mailing lists that have been created from other users (that are not active)?
Send same campaign to updated subscriber list
I would like to know if it is possible to send the same campaign email to the same contact list. but when the contact list has been updated with new subscribers I would like to send the same campaign email to the new contacts, so the campaign is not sent to subscribers who have already been sent this campaign? I create an RSS feed, changing it to look the way I want. Adding our logo, an additional column and text formatting. I save and quit, and when I come back, it is all gone. No logo, none of our colors, and the formatting is returned to the original look. How do I fix?

Posting to facebook pages is broken
I can't seem to send posts to my facebook page, who's behind the QC in Zoho, seems to be a joke of an application! that we have to pay for!! The whole point of the app is to simplify the management of social updates/campaigns. Yet it seems to fail at doing this. Links broken, images dont show properly..... Get it sorted!!!

Hi Loving ZOHO by the way. I am however worried. I want to use content marketing and initiate a relationship with propsective clients so that they permit me to send them mails. My question is really how does this work with the options provided? Incorrect dialogues on "Close" button of "Edit Content" of email campaign
Scenario: Choose Edit Content of an email campaign. Then choose Close. The dialog popup appears: "You have modified the content. Do you want to save?" The two response options are OK and Cancel. These should be Yes and No, or something clearer. Regardless of which option one chooses, a green box will appear with a checkmark and the text "Campaign saved successfully". But, if one has chosen Cancel, then presumably changes were NOT saved, and the text should be something like: "Changes discarded".
Why can't I see mailing lists created by other users in my organization?
We are looking at moving to Zoho Campaigns, but I can't seem to see any lists or contacts created by the other user in our organization. We use many other Zoho products and most of the staff in our organization have their own usernames. However, Campaigns would not be a suitable product if we are only able to use lists created by our own accounts. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Update profile web page doesn't mark lists already subscribed. This is very inconvenient! It means we can't send out first email campaign this week. As this is key in communications and part of managing interest of our stakeholders. Thanks or advice how to configure (hopefully) or for a very quick fix. Thank you. Hi, I have setup subscription form, and i want to change the confirmation email subject line to fall in-line with the subscription form. For instance, i am setting this up so that i can get subscribers for a local club. this is something separate to my company. Can i change the subject line confirmation email. I dont want the subscribers to get confused as this subject line will not make any sense to them?

Hi there. I am trying to set up an email campaign. I am doing test emails at the moment and I am getting 2 emails sent to an account every time I do a test email. One email is the template I designed and the other is an plain text email of the template I designed. Obviously I want to sort out this issue ASAP and am a bit inexperienced with ZOHO so I need some help! Is there any way to get rid of the plain text email. Hotmail hard bounces
Hi, I'm collecting emails at my website and I started one e-mail campaign using that list. The first welcome email I sent to 91 users returned 30 hard bounced, but the strange thing is that 29 are HOTMAIL addresses. Searching it on internet I saw other persons with same issue and a lot of different possible solutions. Can I assume this emails are really "bad mailboxes" or it could be an error? And if it could be an error , do you know how to solve it? Thanks, Marcus

Hi, The number of unique recipients is identified in the Campaign summary where more than one list is selected. Is there any way to see or print a list of the actual recipients? Preferably before the campaign is sent. Cheers David

We are editing the text in a campaign we have sent before which we clone. Every time we save it and close out of the editor it reverts to the previous version. We have even saved to the library and the same thing happens. Help

We use sender email addresses containing a plus +. But email addresses containing a plus are not accepted as valid email address by the Zoho Campaign form, although they are valid and working email addresses. Please respond on how long it takes to change this, as we want to start using Zoho Campaign productively by the end of this week. Hi, if I manually import contacts in Zoho Campaigns - can I expect the statuses of these contacts would be updated in Zoho CRM? I.e. would the 'Campaigns' section of a contact updated in Zoho CRM when campaign finishes in Zoho Campaigns with "Create Campaign in Zoho CRM: Enabled" and "Update Campaign Member Status: Enabled"?

What is the difference between a Sync and a Fetch?
When syncing a mailing list from Zoho CRM, it has a "Initiate" button, which would seem to initiate a sync. However, the sync does not occur immediately, and instead there is a "Next Fetch Time", which is later today. What is the difference between "Sync" and "Fetch"? Which one affects the daily/monthly "Sync Limits"? If Fetch is what actually brings the new contact data across into Campaigns, is there a way to tell it to fetch immediately, rather than wait until the "Next Fetch Time"?

Designing a template
Hi I am trying to bring over an existing template that was created for us in Dreamweaver and was used in a different CRM that was not Zoho. The greater majority of the pics etc is there but there are some images that seem to be in some sort of table that if i highlight the whole area the lines turn blue there is a box to the left of some text that i need to insert an image but i cant seem to get the cursor to sit there. I've switched on the sync between Zoho Campaigns and Zoho CRM, so every new campaign in Zoho Campaigns gets reflected in Zoho CRM automatically. I'm sending out my campaigns and receive some bouncing messages handled by Zoho Campaigns. The contacts in Zoho Campaigns are only created by synching with Zoho CRM. The problem: in Zoho Campaigns bouncing list I see emails that are not from the mailing list in Zoho Campaigns and not from Zoho CRM. I have just tried to import contacts to Zoho Campaigns but the option to 'import from file seems to have disappeared' There are now new icons on the top right so i think there has recently been an update of this.
