SalesIQ chat widget won't show with my website's font
hey guys, i love this software but this will not show properly on my site. sometimes it does show with the right font, but most of the times (different browsers, computers etc) it will show in some ugly random font. my website is built in wordpress and it's address is: www.artwayz.com can i somehow force the font on the widget? maybe insite the code itself or something? thanks!

Multiple sites, tracking and bots
I have lots of small websites, currently being tracked using Google Analytics. 1. If I use the SalesIQ code, how does it split up the sites? Do I get a dropdown selector to choose the sites data or is it all lumped in together? 2. Can I have different bots with a different set of pre-programmed replies on each site? e.g. a site about real estate has replies about real estate, a site about food has replies about food. 3. Zobot transferred chat doesn't notify the agent
We have integrated the Zobot and SalesIQ, the automated chat works fine but when the customer selects yes for "Want to connect with a human", the agents in the Zoho SalesIQ is not notified about the chat request. The agent have to keep monitoring the dashboard for the incoming chat. Is there a problem with Zobot and SalesIQ integration or we have to change any configuration?
Any Improvements planned on Zoho Desk chat?
I understand that Zoho Desk chat is a version of the SalesiQ, and as such, it has a long way to go to be usuable for support purposes. Features lacking are: Abilitity to use articles during chat the agent should have the KB articles showing up and searchable so to be able to recommend these to the customer. This is a basic requirement. More advance, introduce ZIA during chat, so to be able to suggest the best article to agent. What are the plans for this function? Any roadmap available?

Article suggestions to chat agent
I'm trying to understand how the KB articles can be utilized by the chat agent over chat. It seems that SalesIQ is not able to suggest articles or even display the articles on the same window as the chat conversation, making it nuisance for the agent. How is this handled by you guys, or anyone in here?

I have made attempts at building a bot, but Zia does not work in Spanish and I only have very basic knowledge of Deluge. Canned Messages with multiple users at once. Who has contacted who?
My question is when we have multiple agents online at once and they are sending out canned messages to prospects who are online but haven't responded so a chat isn't started yet. How do we know which prospects have had a canned message sent to them and which ones haven't. Is it possible that our agents are all sending canned messages to the same prospect in an attempt to start a chat with them? Thank you, Matthew
Add option to Block IP address range
At the moment you can only block individual IP addresses. Spammers can come from multiple IP addresses which are assigned dynamically by their internet provider. It would be easier and faster to limit them by being able to block an IP address range than entering individual addresses. Visitor Tracking Stopped Working
Hi! We have a Basic Plan of SalesIQ on www.3dcadvegra.com The Visitor Tracking stoped working on 4th of september. We have like 2k visitors/mo so the limit is not excedeed. Hello, In every zoho tool polish characters ('ą' 'ę''ć' 'ź' 'ż' 'ń' etc) are using a different font than regular latin characters. examples: It happens in every tool. It wouldn't bother me so much in internal tools like CRM or Desk, but in chat it has a big impact on readability and trust - for the user it looks like some hacky stuff is going on. SalesIQ widget no longer showing after few days.
I'm on trial version and has copied the widget code to my site and it was working for a couple of days and since Saturday it no longer showed the widget.
