【Zoho CRM】売上予測機能のアップデート:目標値の設定方法が増えました。

こんにちは!本投稿では、サポートチームが作成した「Zoho CRM アップデート情報」の中からピックアップして紹介します。

*当アップデートは、すべてのデータセンターおよび有料プランでご利用いただけます。

Zoho CRM の商談データをもとに、目標に対する売上や商談数の達成状況を確認できる売上予測機能において、各個人の目標値の合計から全体の目標値を設定できる「ボトムアップ(下から)」の設定方法が増えました。


◼︎アップデートの詳細
これまでは、まず組織全体の目標値を設定し、そこから各ユーザーや役職の目標値を分割して管理する「トップダウン(上から)」の設定方法がありました。また、トップダウン形式においては、管理者や上の役職など一部のメンバーが目標値を設定する方法が一般的でした。
今回の「ボトムアップ(下から)」の追加により、各営業担当者が自身の目標を設定できるようになりました。これにより、各階層のユーザーが現場の知識や経験をもとに直接目標を設定でき、トップダウン形式よりも、より精度の高い目標値を設定できます。

ニーズに応じて、これら2つの設定方法から選択して、売上予測を作成できます。

また、ボトムアップ形式を利用するにあたり、追加された機能をいくつか紹介します。

目標値の承認
各担当者が設定した目標値に対し管理者は承認/却下ができ、承認された場合のみ目標値として反映されます。

目標値のロック
特定の期間が経過した後、管理者は目標値をロックし、各個人が簡単に目標値を変更できないように設定できます。
