コミュニティユーザー Q&A #1 見積・請求管理編

こんにちは! Zoho コミュニティチームの中野です。

今回スタートする新企画「コミュニティユーザーQ&A」では、イベントで取り上げたユーザーさんからの質問とそれに対して行われたディスカッションをコミュニティチームの独断と偏見でピックアップし、関連する情報とともにこちらで共有していきます。

第1回目の投稿では、「見積書・契約書・請求書をZoho でどう管理しているか」という内容を紹介します。


質問:見積書や契約書、請求書の管理はZoho サービスで実現していますか? それとも他のシステムと連携させていますか?

 

回答:

前提として、以下の2点が重要になります。

1. 現在使用している会計システムがどのサービスなのか、Zoho と連携しているのかどうか

2. 社内の会計担当者などに要件を確認すること


例:Zoho CRM で見積書・請求書を作成し、売上データは会計担当が打ち込むか、インポートするかで管理する。経費精算は他社サービスで管理する。


回答者A:見積書、請求書は、Zoho CRM の見積書・請求書タブで作成・管理しています。会計システムとは分けて管理をしています。

 

当社の場合は、営業効率を上げる(SFA)視点で考えていたため、このような管理方法にしています。

CRM内の運用は、入力ミスを防ぐため、CRMの承認プロセス機能を利用しています。入力者の上司などを承認者に設定し、受注内容と請求内容が合っているかを確認して承認がおりたらPDF化・ダウンロードできるようにしています。


   

回答者B:入金管理まではZoho Books で行い、そこから先はfreee で管理しています。

 

 

回答者C: Zoho Books とマネーフォワード クラウド請求書を連携して使っています。

 

以下の動画の通り、Booksとマネーフォワードを連携しています。

ちなみに当社の場合、経費精算についてもZoho Books 上で管理しており、全てZoho で実現しています。

 

 

Zoho CRM は受注までの管理を想定して設計されているため、自由度の高い見積書、請求書が必要なユーザーさんについては、Zoho Books もしくはマネーフォワード クラウド等の外部サービスと連携させるとよいかもしれませんね。

 

また、CRM 上でこれから見積・請求書を作成される方で、既存のテンプレートがある場合は、差し込み文書機能を使用することをおすすめします。
