Hello all, 

We are happy to host our second 'Ask the experts' session. Before we start, we would like to thank everyone who participated in our last session. This month, we will cover all the new features that were launched in the last two quarters. Let's get a quick overview of these features before knowing our panelists. 
 
Managing work items
 
You can organize and manage your work items effectively using Checklist and Custom Tags. These two new features will help you categorize and breakdown the work items effectively. Checklists are used when the work item needs a to-do list to complete. Custom tags will group a similar set of work items.
 
Managing workload per status
 
You can now manage every status on your board by defining maximum and minimum values using WIP (Work In Progress) limit. By setting up predefined values, you can manage the work load of each status and stay organized. 
 
Adding more to our integration  

Zoho Sprints will now integrate with MS Teams, Zoho Desk, Zoho Projects, and Google Apps. 
  • MS Teams: Map projects and view the backlog and board view as tabs in MS Teams. 
  • Zoho Desk: Manage all your customer tickets as work items in Zoho Sprints.
  • Zoho Projects: Manage your projects both in waterfall and agile model. 
  • Google apps: Sync your work items and scrum meetings to your GTask and GCalendar.  
New reports
 
Track the actual vs planned time taken to complete the work items in your sprint using the Actual vs Planned report. You can also track the time taken by each work item in your sprint based on the duration spent across each status using the Item Process Time report
 
Along with these major releases, we have also launched archive epics and exporting data from Zoho Sprints using the copy and past functionality

        Hello, everyone! As a part of our community learning series, we kick-start "Focus Groups" where you'll get a chance to have a look at a feature that's in its beta phase. "Epic" has been one of the most requested features of late. So, our first focus is on epics.  Our engineering team has developed a module for Epic in Zoho Sprints and the feature is in its testing phase now.
