Enhanced Zoho CRM and Office 365 calendar synchronization features!
Dear customers,
We're excited to share some significant improvements to our Office 365 calendar synchronization features, aimed at providing you with more control and a more personalized experience.
What’s new- Choose your Office 365 calendar: During the synchronization setup, you can now choose from the available Office 365 calendars to select the calendar of your choice.
- Choose your sync option: We've added the ability to set up one- and two-way calendar syncs, from Office 365 to Zoho CRM, from Zoho CRM to Office 365, or both, based on your specific requirements.
- Automated availability settings: We've enhanced the integration further to streamline your calendar management. Now, meetings scheduled in your Office 365 calendar—even those from other calendars for which you haven't enabled the sync—are automatically captured and displayed in the CRM. When you access a blocked slot, you'll see details of which meeting is in which calendar. For the rest of your team, this slot will simply read as "unavailable", ensuring your specific calendar details remain private while still communicating your availability status.
