[Resolved] Finding cancelled ticket
HI,
I'm managing a Zoho Backstage for a client. We are 4 admin. For every ticket sold and cancelled I get an email notification.
This time, the host of one event received a ticket cancellation (I don't). This cancellation seems to have been done by one admin (his email address is found in the email). In this email, there is mention of the event, no ticket ID, and that "your ticket has been cancelled" along with a reason that "This person changed his mind". When I open the event in Backstage, there is no cancelled ticket!
We are looking for the person who bought the ticket. Ticket has been cancelled by an admin, and the ticket can't be found in the event...
Any clue ?
