We need a better tool for comprehensive data back-up and restore. We are investing in Zoho Books as a tool to run our business and the data we input into the system is vital so having comprehensive and regular backups is not only key but a fundamental requirement for any responsible business. Hello , I am evaluating Zoho Books and I find the interface very intuitive and straight forward. My company is currently using Quickbooks Premier the Australian version. Before we can consider moving the service we would need to have the following addressed : 1.Payroll 2.BAS ( business activity statement ) for tax purposes 3.Some form of local backup and possible export of data to a widely accepted format.
