Square Up Payment
Hi, I was wondering if it may be possible in the future to use www.squareup.com as a payment gateway so when i use my square up credit card slider and a payment is made zoho invoice will see that is was paid via square up however i would have to reflect the Invoice# on square up in order for this to work? just a suggestion i am sure there would have to be some interaction with the square up company in order for the two to work seamlessly. I think there service with yours would be the best for both
multiple invoice notification email templates
Hi, Depending on the scenario, I modify our "invoice notification email" template with different introductory text. It would be great if I could create multiple templates to choose from ie. template #1 is for a new customer (first invoice), template #2 is for a regular customer . . . etc. Thanks! Automatic Payments for Recurring Invoices
Hello! I have been using the Recurring Invoices for quite some time now, and I love them. However, I was curious if there is a way to have automatic credit card payments for some of my recurring invoices, as several of my customers have been requesting that. I reckon they could bring zoho invoice App for windows phone users as well. As it makes it lot easier to work with.
Comments available on mobile app
Hi: We are using Client Portal feature of Zoho Invoice. There our clients made comments on estimates and invoices. We would like to see those comments on the mobile app, since the new interface of Zoho Invoice is not "responsive". Cheers. Mauricio
Record expenses while in offline mode
Hi, I am using the Zoho Invoice Android App (and loving it). My main use of the mobile app is Expense recording. Although internet connectivity is increasingly easier to find, there are still those awkward spots where you just can't be online - recording expenses "locally" until network is available and synchronising then would be a great time saver - I'll often record the expense as I pay, but if I had to do it later, it opens an opportunity to forget! Does this make sense?
Adding non-billable time entries
We manage want to be able to manage all of time in Zoho. Is it possible to add non-billable time entries? Or even convert a time entry to billed without actually creating the invoice?

To make it easier for the customer I'm linking them to their CompanyID based on the customer's verified email. Ability for customers to view invoice and status online

I'm trying out the service for my business. I'm currently doing this manually using Word docs and Outlook. I need to be able to mail out invoices to my clients. Is there a way to batch print/export invoices so I can print them and mail them? The only way I can see to do this is by clicking each invoice individually. Thanks!

Tab through all fields when entering expenses
When entering a new expense I can tab through all fields except when I get to Billable. I tab to Billable, space bar to check the box, but then I can't tab to get to Customer Name to fill that in. Tab takes you to the submit button. It's very nice that I can tab through the rest of the fields for quick expense entry but I wish I could tab all the way through. Please make the Customer Name field accessible via tabbing from the Billable field. Thanks for you consideration. Jim

Closing part-paid invoices/ dealing with intermediary commissions
Is there a way to close partly paid invoices? I have an invoice open that I consider paid but I only received around 97% of the value and don't want to book the whole amount as received (=income). This actually happens quite a lot- you invoice a client and they make a bank transfer but an intermediary bank takes a commission before it hits your bank and you receive less than the amount billed. It would be useful to be able to close such invoices as they are paid but not in full.
Reoccurring Expense Option
Add an option for reoccurring expense. It would be great to input monthly bills such as phone, rent, and insurance once. This valuable option would save your customers time, and money by avoiding redundant activities.
INVOICE TEMPLATE
I wanna use your solution to create my invoices but unfortunetly templates don't respect regional traditions ... usually adresses of clients are printed on the right side of the sheet. We cannot find envelopes to show adress on the right side when we wan't to send by snail mail our invoices. Should you arrange this kind of template ? Best regards.
Make line item description field bigger/expandable
I often find the description field to be way too small and is hard to edit: make the textbox automatically expand allow the quick-edit editor to be used to add some formatting

I often have to start from scratch to make a new estimate or I have to copy/paste from an older one that looks similar. Would be nice to be able to create a new estimate based on an existing one.
Google Checkout
Hi, I love the way I can email an invoice with the option to pay via the PayPal link. What I would REALLY REALLY love to see is the same thing for GOOGLE CHECKOUT. The main reason is because we are an adwords advertiser Google Checkout allows us to process a few thousand pounds worth of transactions per month for FREE. So although we use PayPal we are pushing payments via Google Checkout for the obvious reason. Regards Brian
