CRO hack #01: Why goals are important aspects of a CRO process.
People often ask us this one question, "I want more conversions from my website; how do I achieve that?". What's overlooked here is that conversion means different things to different businesses. That's why it becomes important for you to define goals that are unique to your business and keep track of it at every level. So, what are goals? Hi, currently I have a subscription for 10.000 monthly visitors. As I read in the help section this counts per experiment. 1. Does that mean when all experiments are paused my usaged will not be "touched", only when I (re-)start an experiment. So let's say I have a website with in total 50.000 visitors, but I want to make an experiment, e.g. a URL split test with only 10.000 visitors, then I would only need the subscription for 10.000, right? 2. Tracking Stopped Working Last Night???
Hey, I'm getting zero hits on my split URL goals. It's weird and bugged. Also one of my experiments got zero visitors, which doesn't make sense, because it's a part of a funnel, and the other experiements

I get the following error when dupplicating a Split URL test. It occurs about 50% of the time... Sometimes happens sometimes doesn't... Sometimes it's persistent... Happens if the Split URL test is both active and inactive.
You do realize your heatmaps aren't working right?
Your heat maps don't make any sense... They literally are Completely Inaccurate... And the Heat doesn't show 90% of the time...

Can't Open This Page Error (Cannot Access Account on Chrome)
When I click "My Projects"... I get the following error on Google Chrome: I've cleared Cookies and Cache several times. Still same error. I've tried Incognito mode... Still same error. It does work on Microsoft Edge though... But Edge is a piece of shit browser, I don't want to use it.
