Today when I opened Zoho web mail, I found that I can no longer scroll the email when using the horizontal preview mode; I can only see the first few lines of the email and can't scroll to see the rest. A product full of limitations and features that either suck or just don't work! So, we've been trying Zoho Recruit for a week now and all we have come across is problems after problems. Sure the Trial/Evaluation is free but the time we invest (read: WASTE) in trying the half baked product costs way more than subscription cost! Something Zoho should try and make their team understand. Raised a support request on Monday and till Friday no response or update. Can I for god's sake get back to the original user interface? I've been using zoho recruit since the very early beginning. The new one really is made by people who do not understand what is important. What were you guys thinking? Where did the activity log go? where did my layouts go? The calendar with upcoming appointments is in a highly inconvenient place. The My Interviews widget is absolutely ridiculous! We have a group of candidates we just bulk emailed. They were associated as promising to different jobs. Now we'd like to update the Candidate Status for all of them. How can we bulk change Candidate Status for all the candidates we just bulk emailed? BTW - We also gave them all a temporary tag so we could pull them all up in one view. In the Job Openings section you are displaying the Job ID. Its an integer. The sort order is alphabetical. This should be numerical! 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11.. Not 1, 10, 11, 2, 3, ...This may also be a problem on dates. Also, it would be nice if we could sort on multiple columns. Also, it would be nice if the table remembers the sort order once one gets back to it i.e. with the back button of the browser or through breadcrumbs. Just remember the users sort order and apply it every time a listJob Openings issue
The Job Openings section has gone from our candidate pages. This means we are unable to associate candidates to jobs from within the candidate page, or view which jobs they are associated to. This seems to have occurred since yesterday. I have tested it in multiple browsers to check it is not a chrome issue but the issue is the same. Hello, this is very urgent. After setting up an email in Zoho all new emails in Outlook are marked as read. It causes serious problems. This is not possible at all. Yesterday I wrote an email to support, no answer. Emailing from Zoho did not work for 4 monhs, now it works, but there are problems with the Outlook.
