Integrated Job Boards: Where Can You Post?
Zoho Recruit integrates with a wide range of job boards, including:
Recruiters can choose between:
- Free Job Boards: No-cost postings with less visibility
- Paid Job Boards: Paid options for greater exposure and targeted reach
- Sponsor Job Boards: Pay-per-click or pay-per-application postings that offer premium visibility and priority placement in search results.
Since job boards have different posting policies, recruiters must select and manually publish jobs to the sites that align with their hiring needs. See More Publishing Jobs
Free, Paid & Sponsor Job Boards: Key Differences and Benefits

Common Problems
(1) Why isn’t my job appearing on our company’s job board page after publishing it in Zoho Recruit?
The visibility of your job post depends on the type of job board you published it to:
- Paid job boards: Your job will typically go live within 15 minutes of publishing.
- Free / Sponsored job boards: These may take up to 24 hours to become active.
If your job isn’t visible after this timeframe, check your job board account for any posting restrictions or requirements.
(2) How can I find out why my job post failed?
If your job posting failed, you can view the reason in the Sourcing Summary section of the job opening record.
- Click on the job board's name in the Sourcing Summary page to open a pop-up with detailed failure reasons.
- Address any issues mentioned before reattempting the job post.
(3) What if my preferred job board isn’t integrated with Zoho Recruit?
If your go-to job board isn't listed, you can request an integration through the Request New Job Board option. This allows you to sync jobs published on your Career Site with the job board of your choice.
