Availability
Permission Required
Only users with the Source Boosters profile permission can configure and use source boosters in Zoho Recruit. This permission is available by default for the Administrator and Standard profiles.
Edition Required
Available for all paid plans of both the Staffing Agency and Corporate HR editions of Zoho Recruit.
Before you search candidate profiles on the integrated job boards' database, you will have to configure them as a source booster. Zoho Recruit gives eight options to choose from while configuring source boosters, namely;
- Monster
- foundit (India)
- foundit (Gulf)
- foundit (APAC)
- Resume-Library
- Career Builder
- Dice
- Nexxt
To configure a source booster in your Zoho Recruit account;
- Navigate to Setup > Job Board Hub > Source Boosters and select the source booster of your choice.
- In the pop-up that is displayed, based on the source booster you select, you will have select a region, enter your account credentials, your job board account manager's email, etc.
- Click Save/Proceed when you are done. The source booster will be configured based on the process associated with the job board.
Multi-account support
In Zoho Recruit, you can have five accounts configured for each source booster. Only users with the Administrator profile can perform this action. Non-admins will access s the account marked with the Primary tag.
Note: The user who enabled the source booster first will be made the primary admin. Upon deleting/removing their account, if any other account is present, they will be made the primary admin for the source booster integration. Monster Resume Search
With the Monster Resume Search feature, you can now directly search for qualified candidates in Monster from Zoho Recruit. No need to manage multiple accounts to find the perfect candidate. You can now search for candidates matching your specific job requirements at the click of a button.
- Go to Candidates module, click Source Boosters > Import from Monster.
- Enter your CAT encode token and click Proceed.
Note: CAT encode token is entered only for the first time of using Monster Resume Search. - Enter job and location details in the respective fields.
- Click Show Advanced Search if you wish to include additional criteria to your search. Enter the required additional details in the respective fields (Education Level, Salary Expectations, Job Type) and click Search.
- To filter your search results further, you can use the following options displayed on the left-panel:
- Years of Work Experience - Select the candidate work experience.
- Location - Select the location or radius within which the candidate should be located.
- Resumes Updated - Select the time of update of the candidates' resumes.
- Education - Select the education level of the candidate.
- Salary - Select the annual salary level.
- Job Type - Select the type of job for the candidate (Contract employee, Intern, Full-time).
- Willingness to Travel - Select the percentage of willingness to travel.
- Click on a candidate's name to display their details.
- To add the candidate to your Zoho Recruit database, click Add to Zoho Recruit (top-right corner).
CareerBuilder Resume Search
With the CareerBuilder Resume Search feature, you can now directly search for qualified candidates in CareerBuilder from Zoho Recruit. No need to manage multiple accounts to find the perfect candidate. You can now search for candidates matching your specific job requirements at the click of a button.
- Go to Candidates module and click Source Boosters > Import from CareerBuilder.
- Enter job and location details in the respective fields.
- To include additional search criteria, click Show Advanced Search.
- Enter the required additional details in the respective fields (Education Level, Salary Expectations, Job Type) and click Search.
- The search results matching the criteria entered along with the match score will be displayed.
- To filter your search results further, you can use the following options displayed on the left-panel:
- Years of Work Experience - Select the candidate work experience.
- Location - Select the location or radius within which the candidate should be located.
- Resumes Updated - Select the time of update of the candidates' resumes.
- Education - Select the education level of the candidate.
- Salary - Select the annual salary level.
- Job Type - Select the type of job for the candidate (Contract employee, Intern, Full-time).

Resume-Library Search
With the Resume Library's search feature, you can now directly pull qualified candidates in Resume Library from Zoho Recruit. No need to manage multiple accounts to find the perfect candidate. You can now search for candidates matching your specific job requirements at the click of a button.
- Go to Candidates module and click Source Boosters > Import from Resume Library.
- Enter job title and location in the respective fields and click Find Resumes.
- To include additional search criteria, click Refine search.
- If you wish to filter the search results, you can use the following options from the left-panel;
Distance from location - Specify how far the candidate can be located from the job's location.
User Activity - Specify how recently the candidate should have been active in Resume-Library.
Experience in Years - Specify the candidate's experience requirement.
Job Type - Specify whether you are looking for Permanent, Temporary, Part Time or Contract hires.
Compensation - Specify the candidate's salary expectation.
Willing to Relocate - Specify if you wish to filter candidates who are willing/unwilling to relocate.
- In the search results page, click a candidate's name to see their details.
- To add the candidate to your Zoho Recruit database, click Add to Zoho Recruit (top-right corner).
Nexxt Resume Search
Hiring the right person starts with reaching out to the right people. Meanwhile, job promotion is not especially exciting, except when it works just the way you need it to. Nexxt helps you promote your job openings in all the right places, so that it is viewed by potential candidates
- Go to the Candidates module and click Source Boosters> Import from Nexxt.
- Enter your Nexxt account credentials and click Proceed.
- Enter the job and location details in their respective fields.
- Click Advanced Search if you wish to include additional search criteria. Enter the required additional details in their respective fields (Current Job Title & Skills) and click Search.
- The search results matching the criteria entered will be displayed.
- To filter your search results further, you can use the following options displayed on the left-panel:
- Years of Work Experience - Select the candidate's work experience.
- Distance from Selected City - Select the radius within which the candidate should be located from the selected city.
- Resumes Updated - Select the time of update of the candidates' resumes.
- Education - Select the education level of the candidate.
- Compensation - Select the annual salary level.
- Job Type - Select the type of job for the candidate (Contract employee, Intern, Full-time).
- Work Authorization – Select the type(s) of work permits the candidates should have.
- Click on a candidate's name to display their details.
- To add the candidate to your Zoho Recruit database, click Add to Zoho Recruit (top-right corner).
Dice Resume Search
With the Dice Resume Search feature, you can now directly search for qualified candidates using Dice from within Zoho Recruit. You don’t need to manage multiple accounts to find the perfect candidate. You can now search for candidates matching your specific job requirements with the click of a button.
- Go to the Candidates module and click Source Boosters > Import from Dice.
- Enter your Dice account credentials and click Proceed.
- Enter the job and location details in their respective fields.
- Click Advanced Search if you wish to include additional search criteria. Enter additional details in their respective fields (Current Job Title & Skills) and click Search.
- The search results matching the criteria entered will be displayed.
- To filter your search results further, you can use the following options displayed on the left-panel.
- Years of Work Experience - Select the candidate work experience.
- Distance from Selected City - Select the radius within which the candidate should be located from the selected city.
- Education - Select the education level of the candidate.
