We've previously written about how using security policies could be beneficial for admins. To enable you to better protect your organization, we've come up with a few additional settings for security policies in Zoho One that can be used to regulate your users' web sessions. What are web sessions? A web session refers to the period of time you stay signed in to your Zoho One account. Unable to login to iPhone Zoho Mail App - "Looks like you recently changed your Zoho Password"
The message is "Looks like you recently changed your Zoho Password..." Indeed, I did. When I enter the new one (which logs me in correctly in a browser), I get the message "Oops! Something went wrong." I've disabled MFA. Deleted and reinstall the app. Logged out of all zoho apps on the phone. How do I fix this?

Hi, We are running Facebook lead form ads and all the leads which we get from facebook directly creates a record in lead layout into the crm via Zoho social which is good. However, the only problem I’m getting is how I can make assignment rule for facebook ads like web form assignment rule. Right now , I’ve to manually assign to the leads coming from facebook which is not good. Please help!
Migration Zoho One from US to EU
Hi everyone, we are facing a big challenge that we have to migrate our Zoho One account from the US server to the EU server We are currently using many tools such as CRM, Books (FInance), Analytics, People, Survey etc. Is there any experience of this kind here in the forum that could tell us how the migration went. Hi folks, I wish to send a small number (12-16) of emails to staff (users) that contain merge fields that is date-based. Basically, I need to month (eg. August) and year (e.g. 2020) as text within the email. The month and year will always be for the CURRENT DATE. Some users have invalid CRM and creator licenses
Yesterday, an employee of our company who licensed Zoho ONE informed us that the Zoho CRM and creator licenses were suddenly invalidated. In response to this notification, when I checked the application assigned to the target employee account from my administrator Zoho One administrator panel, CRM and creator were invalid. CRM could be activated, but creator cannot be activated with the message "An error has occurred." Please tell me the reason why the above phenomenon occurs and how to activate

I want to send out an email campaign, that links to a landing page, that holds a form, that when filled, feeds into the CRM as a lead, and associates it against a campaign in Zoho Marketing Hub. How to know who filled in a zoho form from a workflow
I've got a workflow action set up to send an Email Template, associated with a Zoho Form. I want that workflow to tell me who it was, when it happens and give me in the notification, a link to the new record. The workflow is only set for new records. That part works fine, but I cannot get the workflow to notify me as the admin, when it happens and give me a link to their record. Is that at all possible. Using look up fields in public forms
Hi i had made a lovely form for customers to leave reviews for various members of our association. The idea was a customer would use the lookup field to find the relevant member, review them and the data would come back and be stored on the crm. We do need the customers details. I understand this is not going to work in a publicly shared form. I guess i could do a form for every member but that is a pain. Is there another way. The idea is our member could give them a link or even a QR code.
Automatic on-premise login for Domain-joined Windows 10
We run an on-premise Active Directory server and on-premise, domain-joined Windows 10 clients. I know there are various ways to integrate our AD with Zoho One directory using either SAML or sync tools, via Azure AD or directly. But what I am not clear about is if any of these will allow on-premise users who are already logged in to domain-joined Windows 10 to bypass Zoho login altogether. Zoho Quote / Product - Price rounding & tax issue
Hello, I have the following challenge: Unit price of a product is 325,2 EUR per piece net. I must apply 23% tax on it. 325,2 EUR * 1,23% = 399,996 EUR (gross) In Zoho Quotes - the Products Details section, when there is a 1 unit, the system is rounding up correctly the amount to 400 EUR. However when there are 5 units...this is what the system does: 325,2 * 1,23% = 399,996 * 5 = 1.999,98 EUR (gross) This is incorrect. It should be 2.000 EUR. Is there any way to correct it?
