Hi, Can you please tell me the API switch to include in request URL to get job openings that match certain tags associated with a vacancy. As there's no way of categorizing vacancies we've opted to use tags. Plus can this work in conjunction with a switch to only return Live Job Openings? Many thanks, Suzanne

New Platform challenges
I have spent over 2 hrs talking with support to find solutions but to no avail. Is anyone else having problems with the new platform? Outlook Plugin for ZoHo Recruit not working
Hi. I installed the 64 bit version of the Outlook Plugin on my Windows 7 (64 bit) computer with Outlook 2010 and the plugin does not seem to be working. I see no menu tab in Outlook for ZoHo Recruit. And email message show no options related to ZoHo Recruit. I have it working on other computers. I've tried to repair the installation. I've tried to uninstall and re-install. I've tried going to the Outlook Options --> Add-ins and I don't see it in the list of Add Ins. I went to Manage COM
India Job Portal Collaboration

Account Sign-on Error
One of my users previously signed up for a trial account prior to our company's purchase of the full version. She was able to sign in without issues for weeks until yesterday. When she signs into her account, it sends her to the trial one rather than the company's paid account. Please advise on how we can rectify the situation.

Job board integration issue
All of a sudden my job board, which is integrated into our company web site is not formatted properly. I utilized an Iframe. The first landing page is correct, where it lists my menus and jobs. However, if you click on a job and it is supposed to pull up in a floating window (which does work properly inside zoho or if you go directly to the zoho link) you cannot view but the top portion of the job. job board field mapping issues with zoho internal fields
A few issues with the job board mapping of fields: 1) When posting a job in recruit out to the job boards, the intermediary form asks for the salary range for the position as a drop-down list. The values are super low. The top for example is 10K+ This in turn is now showing up prominently in the all of the job postings. How do we get that fixed? new feature request- job inbox & JD parser
I was thinking today that all this work has been done by the development team to create this new resume inbox feature, resume parser, resume mapping settings, etc. It probably wouldn't be a heavy lift by any means in code to re-purpose all that work that has been done to also serve as a job inbox and job parser. macro feature - no way to bulk set candidate status
Minor bug report here with respect to the macro feature when working in the candidate page. Issue ------------------------ - When working in the candidates module and in list view, the macro feature does not have a "Candidate Status" field, so there is no way to bulk-set candidate status. - The macro feature when working within the job's module has a "Job Opening Status" field which does allow bulk setting status for jobs. Poor Zoho Support
Been trying to reach support via telephone and email. The support has always been slow to respond but now its been two weeks without a return call. I have even sent them screen shots of the problem I've having with no results. Is anyone had the same problem.
workflow automation - way to send relevant notifications to candidates whenever new jobs are added?
How do other folks on here configure their systems to notify their candidate base about new opportunities without spamming them with irrelevant options? I'm again not able to get workflow automation to do anything useful. I intended to setup workflow automation so that whenever a new job is entered, it notifies candidates whose contact preferences suggest they maybe interested in hearing about that type of new opportunity. where find settings tab?
I cannot seem to find the settings tab to then go into to customize forms as directed in other posts I have read. I am trying to make an additional field for the Resume Extractor. Any advice? Across the menu at the top of my page there is no settings tab. Where is it?

Navigation Link from GApps
after updating my email address and login, my GApps navigation link doesn't open the Zoho recruit any more. When I click on the icon, the link is redirected a few times and the page stays blank. Before it was working great where it pulled up Zoho Recruit with one click.
Job Openings- Unreviewed
In Job Openings my candidates continue showing as "Unreviewed" even though they've gone through several status and some hired as well. How can this show accordingly?

search problems
Hi - I seem to have a problem searching - if I search in the normal search bar (i usually search by surname or company name) - no returns are shown. If I then use the advanced search I can find the individual or company I want - this has been like this for a few days now. Please help - this has become most frustrating.

i am trying your free trial out, and i have uploaded 4 CVs so far. However when i search key words that all 4 CVs should have.... only 2 or 3 come out depending on the word. Hi, I tried setting up our auto-response email but the system says it's only available for Enterprise accounts. We have been on paid account for quite a long time now and all of our auto-responses were already set-up before merging/updating to this new system/interface. Also, can we get back all our email templates? It seems it wasn't included when your updated our system. Thanks

Can't add/change/delete "Candidate status" choices
I can't change/add "Candidate Status" choices. There's a lock sign in the Module edit page. We are on paid account. Why can't we do this? There are just too many problems with new version. You should covered all of these before releasing it.
