Automated reports
Hi, 2 things, I have set up the report scheduler to send daily but nothing is being sent or arriving. Is there any reason this may not be working? 2ndly when you do a PDF of the report it takes the text right up to the margings making it unprinatble. I guess this is something to do with US vs A4 paper size? anyway it doesn't look any good, is there anyway to fix this? thanks bercap

MS Office Integration
Hello, Are there are any plans for Microsoft Office Integration? Possible features with programs such as Word could be form letters and mail merges direct through Zoho CRM. Also, I would like to be able to send a tempalte email individually from the lead screen. Currently one can only send an individual email, not from a template; or, use a search for individual leads/contacts using the "mass email" function. These features would greatly influence switches from Salesforce among other on-demand CRM
CRM World Clock
The World clock has an entry for Perth, Australia which is great. However, Perth (well the whole of WA) has implemented Daylight Savings as of the 3rd December - thus the clock is wrong, as is now an hour behind - can this be recitified? Cheers spleendog

In the manual is written "click the Setup Custom Case Fields link". But we cannot find that link anywhere... Convert Lead to Contact/Account - Not working
My user gets the general error that they dont have permission when trying to convert a lead to a contact / account contact administrator. In their user role under general permissions 'Convert and Merge Leads:' is checked. Is there some other setting that I may be missing? Mathew Giovanello
Eliminate access to old users
I wanted to inquire about eliminating access to our CRM. The CRM is paid for by our company but 2 of the users are no longer with us. Can we take away their access before we've switched all their clients over to our other sales people or will their records be eliminated once their access is? Adding Activities from Potential Tab
We are trying to add multiple activities from the Potentials tab. The first activity we add works fine but if we hit save and new, the second entered activity does not show up under the Potentials tab but instead shows up under Accounts tab. Is there a setting to have all activities that start from the potentials tab post to the potential? crm

Sorting columns doesn\'t work in IE
FYI... When viewing "Activities", I tried to sort using the "Start DateTime" column. When trying this using Internet Explorer 7 and Maxthon Browser (http://maxthon.com)-- whihc uses IE as its base. In both browsers I could see the little "in progress" icon but the table never sorted. I tried the same thing in FireFox and it worked fine. I assume you are aware of this issue with IE7 -- is there a work-around other than having to use FireFox? Rene

We have just started using ZOHO CRM and are finding it extremely well matched to our CRM requirements. We are, however, a little concerned on the data security of this package. How does a inexpensive, powerful CRM package like ZOHO afford to ensure client data security? As a almost "to good to be true" CRM package, I guess I am looking for its weakness. Import not working
For some reason I can't get the import function to work correctly. Please can you let me know who to sort it as I can't use Zoho without importing my data. It will take me days to do it manually. I have created a spreadsheet with only one line of data but it still won't import. I have tried both CSV and XLS formats but it doesn's seem to be working. PLEASE HELP John Hurst
Missimg totals
This system which we have been using for approximately 4 months now has just recently changed ever so slightly. The totals which used to appear on the top right hand corner just below the "print view" tab no longer appear. We used to monitor our numbers using that total and now it no longer appears. Role Permissions
My company has suspended use of Zoho CRM until the roles permission is fixed. As of right now all users can view all 'contacts' when before they were restricted to seeing only their own. In calling yesterday I was told that this was a bug that happened during the last upgrade. We hope that this will be fixed as soon as possible. Is there a way to set up a default view for the events that display on the homepage? It would be nice to have a feature similar to the task list view options.
