After 20 minutes of successful use of sheet view in CRM with changes being transferred... Sheet view has stopped working. changes are not being transferred. I killed the browser. Reopened. Cleared the cache. No joy! dgdlux
Form Error
I tried to include a fill out form on my site. Everything looked fine except for the arrangement of the items. It appears that any new fields are listed on the bottom of the html coding. I tried to insert a sentence within my code received this error when I test out the form to see if a lead was generated or not "Sorry, the page you have requested was not found. Event Details option to view in calendar
I would very much like to view an event in the calendar without having to dig around in the calendar... I search for an event. Zoho returns event in a list I click on the event It opens in text view I would like the option to view it in the calendar with a button that would take me to the calendar showing me that event. dgdlux

new account creation error: emails with blank spaces at end
If I try to add a new contact and have a space at the END of the email (from copying and pasting) Z CRM rejects email as invalid. Please include a blank space remover at the beginning and end of email fields to avoid these kind of copy and paste errors. thank you Dennis dgdlux

ZohoCRM Outlook Toolbar and Zimbra Outlook Sync
Please be advised that I have tried unsuccessfully to install both the Zimbra Outlook Sync Connector and the ZohoCRM Outlook Toolbar don't work in the same installation of Outlook 2007. Apparently Zimbra's Outlook Sync (the newest one that works with Outlook 2007) and ZohoCRM's outlook toolbar don't get along. Outlook fails to connect to the Zimbra server when the plug in is installed. Please advise. lewisschiff

I need more control over my db of contacts for mailing lists etc. Zoho only supports ten custom ck box fields and we've used those. Zoho doesn't appear to support Outlook's categories. Zoho doesn't appear to support synching to sub lists in Outlook's contact lists... --for example: I created a new folder in My contacts, I moved a sample contact to the new folder, modified the contact and then synched to Zoho. Customized Fields Replication
I customized several fields in "Leads." There is an option to have the customized field created, at the same time" in "Accounts", "Contacts" & "Potentials." I checked the appropriate boxes and finished my edits. I then went to "New Leads" and visually confirmed the new customized field. I entered data into this field and eventually converted the "New Lead" to an "Account" and "Potentials" but the text data in my customized field did not appear in "Accounts" or "Potentials" Does anyone know why. Phone Field has magically turned into a hyperlink
I moved some field around in the edit page layout including the phone field. Now this field has a hyperlink line under it and no matter what I do I cannot seem to get rid of the hyperlink. Any thoughts are appreciated. David David Levitt

The ZOHO interface benefits from the AJAX being used; however some suggestions: ** Some things are more important on a page than others. I need to see what standard users see
I need to log in as standard user to verify that standard users are not viewing sensitive data. How do I do that? I don't want to buy another subscription AND I don't want standard users seeing 'stage history' or 'expected revenues'. CRM need a deep search
I've attached a number of support documents with specific coded titles to my clients. The codes and specific searches for the attached documents returns ZERO on search. Please implement a deep search in CRM otherwise finding attachments and information in notes is nearly futile. dgdlux
Multiple Campaigns
How would I track the fact that a lead or contact has been part of multiple campaigns. Basically I want to be able to track the campaigns, and generate lists based upon campaigns that are appropriate to them, and that they haven't been involved in for a number of months e.g. find me the number of leads / contacts that we are taregting for product X, but who haven't recieved a campaign from us for 3 months dbosomworth
