My "create custom field" button isnt there
In Zoho CRM I went into setup and tried to create new fields, but the button to create a new field is missing. I know this is not due to me having already created too many fields because 1) I havent created that many and 2) it would just alert me that i'd already created too many custom fields for the free version and I would have to upgrade in order to create any additional fields. does anyone know where my button went or why it is missing?!

I have a problem. A BIG problem. My company has an account on Zoho with CRM app and a giant database in it. Today our administrator created a second account on Zoho. Administrator didn't have any knowledge about first account. So he added email-login of the first account as usual user email to the second one. After getting several errors in Zoho admin panel he removed this email from the second account. THIS ACTION FULLY DELETED FIRST ACCOUNT! With CRM and all associated info. We've trying to contact
default potential creation from lead
Hi guys, as you can see below, there is check box for creation of potential when you are converting lead. My question is if I am able to checked this field as default - means that during lead conversion i have pre-defined create account and also potential?? Thanks

Set print layout for A4 paper
Hi, I don't know why, but for some reason anything I print down from Zoho seems to print horizontally instead of vertically onto A4 paper. I can't find where to change this, is it in settings somewhere? The print screen is not allowing me to specify horizontal or vertical. it's most annoying! Sue

How exactly work price books in the Quote ?
Hi, When i create a quote, in the product detail zone we can choose a price books, in this list price we especified the discount rules. If i choose a price book, the discount will be appear in the discount field, but this is not happening . is this a possible mistake or this functionality is not supported now?

Is there a way using criteria to prevent users or groups of users from changing a record? For example, if an invoice status is PAID, don't allow anyone to edit it any more.
Limit on Custom Modules?!
Probably the most important reason I upgraded to Enterprise was the availability of Custom Modules. Now I find out that there is a limit of five?!?!?!? There is NOTHING in the Plan Details that indicates this limit. Many of the other features show limits. I am disgusted that I reached my limit AFTER spending days creating five modules. I would have prioritized other modules. Now I wasted a ton of time. Anyway, I find the limit very low and totally unfair given that it is not documented in the pricing

Event Invites look non-sensical
When I send Event invites (through my CRM), my boss doesn't get the clean pretty invite (attached: Event Invite), he instead gets an invite that is all nonsensical (attached: Zoho Event Invites). I haven't received complaints from people in my CRM, but I don't always get responses, which tells me that maybe those who don't respond, aren't getting a clean invite. Why is this? How can it be fixed? He uses Outlook 2003 SP3.

Can't sign in with Outlook plugin
I've just installed the Outlook plugin for Outlook 2007. The Zoho toolbar appears correctly and I click the Sign in button. After entering the credentials, the message "Logged in succesfully" appears, but then nothing happens. I would expect the popup window to close by itself but nothing happens, and if I close the window manually, Outlook seems to be not logged in Zoho. In fact, the button Sign in is still active. Zoho Books Invoice not being created from CRM
This morning I created a Potential, and then a few minutes later, moved it to "Closed Won"...but unlike as it has happened in the past, Zoho Books does not create an invoice....I keep hitting the refresh icon, and no invoice is created. This has worked in the past...is something broken? Thanks!

Can I reactive a CRM subscription that has been deactivated?

Can I customize the format of a report in Zoho CRM?
I've created a number of reports without problems. But Zoho allocates way too much space on a row for some of the fields. For example, expected FTEs is never more than 3 digits, but if I export the report to a PDF Zoho leaves enough room for the entire population of the world. Est. Program Value has enough room to the left of the actual value for about 50 digits. Date fields are wide enough to fit three dates in each column. This is a ridiculous waste of space. Hello--I have been unable to generate an Activities report that captures both Calls and Events/meetings within a specific date range. I have created a custom report ("MarlenesActivityReport") that I would like for one of my sales representatives to use to generate reports on calls and meetings(logged as "Events") that she has done within a specific date range, such as the past week. It looks like Calls can be displayed in this report by setting the Filter Options field to "Call Start Time" OR Events

Entering data in parent account automatically changes data in account field
When I enter the parent account, the content of the account field change automatically to the parent account. I agree, this sounds a bit cryptical :-) Example: I create an account with account name Comp-A I create another account with account name Comp-B Go to account Comp-A and change the field parent account to Comp-B. The moment the field parent account is filled with Comp-B, the contents of the account field change to Comp-B as well. Is this a known bug in Zoho CRM?

Free Flow Script Editor in Zoho CRM
Is it possible to directly edit scripts for Custom Functions in Zoho CRM, or is it required to use the Script Builder. I find the Builder very difficult to use and limiting, and it is full of bugs. I get one or two pop up errors every time I open it, and it only let's me use it about 1/3rd of the time. Otherwise I have to close and reopen the window.

Upgrading from Free to Standard for just 1 User possible?
When I try to upgrade from Free to standard to increase the number of Leads I can store, it only offers me the option of having 2 users at $24/month. I am a one-person company and want only one user on the Standard plan. Is there a way to buy just storage or a way for one user to be on the Standard plan at $12/month? Thanks!

Export All Contact with Account Names
Trying to export all contacts without success. If I export contacts, there is a limit of 3000 so not all of them get exported. But if I do it this way, at least I get an Account Name with the contact. If I request a data backup and open the Contacts CSV, there is no column for Account Name. How can I fix this?

Would you be able to please add a Permission that allows a user to add/change values in a pick list field (under the Setup / Customization page in Zoho CRM) without having full access to all of the Customization functions (e.g. manage modules, links, layouts, etc).
