SalesIQ Visit Tab not visible
Hello, I have enabled the SalesIQ integration. I do get new leads in my CRM with Visitor information, however the Visit Tab is not there, as specified here: https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/zoho-salesiq/tracking-visitors.html#Using_Visits_Tab The integration in active and works... But there is simply no Visit Tab! What can I do to access the Visit Tab? I am the admin. All modules are visible. Thanks, Benoit
Exporting Quote Issues
When we are quoting we see all our products, we we export the quote to a PDF half our products are missing - Why is this happening? Its only happening with some of our staff.
Importing customers
We are starting new with Zoho and have a list of past clients I wish to import into Zoho CRM. Which module do I import then into? Do I import them as leads and then convert them all into accounts and contacts, or do I import them as a contact and then allocate an account to them? Your help is much appreciated.
Year() not outputing data
I have created a formula field to extract the year from a date. I did this in a new section within a new layout (hence, not Standard Layout). The formula is: Year(${Enquiries.Enquiry Date}) But there is no output in my data when I select the field for my output. Shouldn't it show the calculated result of the data? Thanks.
Doubt: Management diferents ecommerces with one unique account.
HI! I am starting to organize my CRM project and I have a big doubt. I have several ecommerce sites. Each one of them is completely different from each other. I could open an account for each site but I don´t want this. I wanted to have a single account and since I managed all the clients of diferent ecommerce. How can I do? Module Association after Lead converted to Contact
I've set our Form entries to be entered as records in a custom module. What I'd like is for the record to associate automatically with the lead or contact that matches the email address on the form. Then if that lead is converted to a contact the record association would continue on.

API getrecord on account seems limited to 20 lines
Hi, I wanted to retrieve all the account by using the following URL: https://crm.zoho.com/crm/private/xml/Accounts/getRecords?authtoken=XXXXXX&scope=crmapi&selectColumns=Accounts(ACCOUNTID,Account Name,Groupe)" However, it seems to retrieve only 20 accounts with all the values and not only the accountid, name and groupe. Greetings, I have two companies that run on Zoho. Both of them use Zoho Mail and Zoho CRM for its activities. Both have separate brands, domain names, and business activities. I would like to be able to create CRM events in both of these companies, and would like my calendar to be syncronized for both companies' CRM and Mail calendars. Expected revenue
As the owner of an Independent Rep company, "Expected Revenue"means commissions to be received. From what I see the Expected Revenue is controlled by Probability %. If we have a Prospect to buy a $10,000 product and the Probability of a win is 90%, our revenue could be only $1,000 in commissions paid. This should not be an interactive field.

Synchronize Zoho Inventory templates to Zoho CRM ?
I went ahead and set up the templates for Zoho Inventory, thinking this would affect everything that it is sync'd to in the Zoho Stratosphere. Apparently, the Sales Order, Invoice, etc templates in Zoho Inventory do not synchronize with CRM. How can I create the exact same templates? I don't want an invoice from Zoho CRM to look different than an invoice from Zoho Inventory or Zoho Invoice. If there was an "edit as HTML" button that showed the entirety of the HTML code for the Zoho Inventory templates

I have searched many forums and there seems to be a consistent request to report only the latest note(s) in a leads report. Currently you can only use filters to show a date range to return results. Is there any plans to integrate a feature like this?

Updating drop down lists and maintaining information up to date in the different records
Hello, I want to update the list I have for 'Client Types'. Is there a way to modify the list of choice so that the existing records are also updated? For example, I have 'Dealer' as a category. I wish to update the list and have 'Dealer - product A' for all my existing dealers. At the moment, if I change my options, the records will not be updated. I do not wish to updated record. Hi there, I've been a user with Zoho CRM for about 3-4 years now. It's been great, and has helped us grow our online revenue, and keep track of our customers and contacts. Although - over the years, I've noticed many small improvements, I find it beginning to lack behind other comparable CRM/Marketing systems. I could be mistaken, but I've been yearning for features, like link tracking, lead scoring - basic information to see how my leads, and list have been interacting with my marketing efforts.
Terrible chat support... How is this solved?
Three times I asked help from chat support and they didn't help me at all, only made me waste time. The problem is that the mails I send to and receive from my leads don't appear in each lead's record. I have my email account configured with POP. I did everything they told me via chat and nothing worked. I am disappointed in this CRM service. How to change the order of search results fields?
When searching contacts, I can choose the fields to be searched but I cannot edit the order they are shown in. So the clickable "full name" field actually appears all the way on the right, which is inconvenient. I know I can select the fields but can I edit the ORDER that they are shown from left to right? We recently switched to CRM Plus. Is there a way to schedule just single emails through CRM? We would like to automate our basic follow up system. When we get a new client and set them up in our Zoho CRM we want to schedule an email to send to them with a survey halfway through their contract so we do not have to remember or set reminders to this task. Deleted drop down list values still showing in filters
Hello, Re: Custom Module I renamed a number of values from a dropdown/select list. When filtering the old names are still visible as filter options even though there are no records using the values. I effectively now have twice the filter values that I need, which is very confusing for my users. Is there a way to clear the filter cache perhaps? Simon
Confirm that I want email sent
Working in the "Leads" module in Zoho CRM. I have a checkbox that automatically sends an email to the lead once checked. I would like a dialogue box to appear when that checkbox is checked to confirm whether or not the email should be sent. If the user clicks "Yes", the email sends. If the user clicks "No", the email should not be sent but the box should remain checked. Events created by custom function not showing in google calendar + all day events via custom function
Hello, I have two issues: - The events I create using custom functions are not showing in the google calendar? The event I create manually show fine. - How do you create an all day event using a custom function please? When manually creating an event your can select "all day". Looking up that manual event, with all day selected, using: getRecordById, it appears that zoho simply remove the time part of the "Start DateTime" and "End DateTime".
