How to show addresses in leads dashboard
Hi, I would like to show my contact addresses in my dashboard, and also would like the ability to export the addresses into an Excel doc. How do I go about doing this? Thank you.

Task Priority Error
There is an error when organizing tasks by priority in the CRM. I am currently using it in Spanish and I´m not sure if this error is exclusively for the language or if it is a global issue. Instead of placing events and tasks in the appropiate Highest > High > Normal > Low >Lowest order, the priority gets mixed for Highest and High categories, resulting in: High > Highest > Normal > Low > Lowest when we try to order them both by ascending and descending.
Simple sendmail function that adds an attachment
Is there a simple script that I can use to add an attachment from Documents? When I choose "Send Mail," it allows me to add a document, but when I add the SendMail script in deluge script, it doesn't allow me to attach anything. Any thoughts on how to write a script that allows me to add an attachment from Documents?
Regarding Web form
I have created a web form in my zoho account. How this web form will capture the details entered in the location page URL and load those details in the leads. I have tested and it is not working. Please let me know the proper way to use the webform.
Zoho Mail Add On - Reporting
We rate our sales team on their activities. After configuring the POP3 for Gmail we can no longer run a report for emails that have been added to Zoho CRM. Our sales team has to still use the Out Look Plugin in order for us to report by Email? I would assume you could still report. Possible to import Related To field for a Task?

Uploaded Leads Created Accounts
I imported about 100 leads from Excel into Zoho CRM over a month ago. I just now noticed that there are accounts created for the company name associated with each lead. I thought contacts, not leads, were associated with each account. What caused this to happen? Do I have to go through and manually delete all the accounts now? Any help is appreciated.

Hi there. We are currently investigating switching from our existing CRM to Zoho. One thing we'd like to do is connect Account to Purchase Orders from our vendor. I went ahead and added a look up custom field to Account entity into Purchase Order, and it shows up fine in the Purchase Order edit screen. However, when I load the associated Account, a section is automatically added listing Purchase Orders. But instead of the section title being "Purchase Orders", it's {0} Name. Did we do anything

Fix data imported in the past
I recently started with a company that uses ZOHO CRM. While reviewing the enormous amount of data (leads) in their system, I noticed that there were a LOT of errors in the importing such as a lot of the data was imported into the wrong fields and so its impossible to reduce duplications, etc.. Hello, My company has two sales departments handling different product line. One department is currently using lead function to record all the leads. I am trying to add a new tab and customize it for the second department. The difficulty is I cannot convert the information in the new tab to "account". Standart Field unable to be imported
I want to see standart fields in the layout menu and edit them. But they seem not to be editable or viewable at all. I searched quite a lot into information. Hi, I have several variables in a module that are populated by custom functions. Right now they are set up to run only when the record is edited, but really I need them to run daily / nightly for each record. It doesn't appear that there's a way to set up a nightly "batch" function in Workflows that triggers nightly, if there is I could use some help? Product Stock - Multi stores capability

Notes Added Per Day Report Report
Hi, I am trying to create a report that shows how many notes are added per day by account. Basically the goal is to track how many notes I am making per day and see the accounts of which those notes are going to. I created what I thought was the correct report but sometimes when I add a note it shows up that I added 4 notes! Screen shot is included below with what I thought was correct. But as you can see some accounts show multiple notes added in one day which is not correct. Please help
changing a users details in crm
I have a user account in the crm that I set up for a previous employee who has now left. It is still activated but I want to keep the settings and colour set up etc and change the email address, user details and photo as well as the zohomail add on. Can i just edit the persons profile / details to reflect the new persons email address for example or do I have to completley set it up aagain as new? Can I perhaps 'clone' the user account and edit the new version.

No Accounts or Leads
Hi, I have a Zoho account (free version) as part of a company account with 5 users. I am unable to see any of the accounts/leads we have, everyone else can view them all. Is there a setting stopping me being able to view all the accounts and leads? My permissioning is the same as other users under our company account as far as we are aware. Thanks Tom

Dashboard Table of a Matrix Report
Dear Zoho, Every time I attempt to create a dashboard component, whether that be a table or a chart, from a matrix report I keep getting the following error: "You have not selected any grouping columns in your Source Report. There must be at least one Grouping column in the Source Report." Does this mean that you cannot produce a dashboard element from a matrix report as my matrix report is grouping data by 2 elements. Sent email campaign changed "description" in CRM for customers.
I sent an email campaign to customers from CRM using Zoho Campaigns. Now under description field all data was replaced with the status of the campaign. Is there a way to change that back to the descriptions that were saved before?
