Tagging a person in Notes of CRM - Permission Denied to view
A few days ago we started having an error. When a person is tagged in the notes section of the CRM an email is generated. The person receiving the email (who was tagged) is unable to click the VIEW MESSAGE and actually view the message. They get a Permission Denied Notification. What changed, and how is this fixed? Mail Addon issue
Hi, I am trying to make the mail add on feature work without clutter. The issues is that all emails from the contact are being listed in every opportunity that contact is involved in/ linked to. I want to filter out the emails that are not relevant to the opportunity. It is ok to have all the mails of a contact under in the contact module. But under the opportunity it shall show only the relevant emails. Is there a way i could do this? Atleast if I could manually assign or amend the listed emails
Custom Lead Layout without duplicate information
Is there any way to configure the Leads page (and probably other pages) without duplicate information? What I'm seeing is the lead first name and last name in both the Lead Information section and the top section. I'd also like to move the Lead Source and Lead Status to the top of the page elements and remove it from the Lead Information section. Is this posit;e?

Seeing Campaign Member Status in Lead View
Our callers use custom lead views which are filtered by Campaign and other criteria. They have everything they need to make the call, except Campaign Member Status. Currently they have to open the lead, scroll to the bottom of the lead screen to see what the campaign member status is before they make the call. Webform and lead assignment issues
I have created a webform and the rules to allow the different users to be assigned leads on a round robin basis. Firstly, I am having problems with the actual webform. When I complete the webform on my site and fill all sections a short while later the lead is added successfully. Will workflow execute on zoho creator new lead creation
I have a zoho creator application that creates a new lead in zoho crm. It seems that when it creates the new lead in zoho crm the workflow rules that should trigger do not. My work flow is setup to trigger on lead creation. Despite this, the work flow does not seem to execute after a new lead is created from zoho creator in the crm. Alphabetic index list on Accounts and Contacts screens
Is it not possible to display the alphabetic index search list - currently shown at the bottom of the accounts and contacts screens - at the top of the screen as well? I search with 50 records per page displayed and have to scroll down to the bottom each time, which seems unnecessary.

Hello, I trying to figure out how Standard Zoho CRM users cannot see certain products listed in the product category. Currently, we have entered a product with vendor prices, and the same product again for customer prices which is causing some issues... I imported Leads, Accounts, and Contacts today. I am the Admin but I can't see what was assigned to Terrah, the other sales person. I did FIRST import without putting the proper Username in the import file, so I had to delete out all the Leads so I could import again (given we just started and are on the FREE platform, so no overwriting offered). Need Two Account Owners
I have different sales staff for beer and wine, and both call on many of the same accounts. I would like them each to be "owner" of these shared accounts, based on their login. I cannot find this function. My workaround may be to have two accounts for every client, assigned to different owners. I would name them as "--Beer" and "--Wine." To do this, can I clone all of my accounts easily? Is there not a more elegant solution?
WorkFlow Rule for Task Module not Triggering
Hello everyone, I'm trying to set a workflow rule for the Task Module that triggers when the due date is today. If i get it right, the 'Execute Based on Date Field' would suit this purpose just fine. So i've set the rule to execute on task due date and also the time of execution, but usually when this time comes nothing happens. Similar to how templates work for emails, when i'm on a contact or an account, I would like to run a quick report that pulls specific info from the account (or contact) rather than going to the reports module and finding the report then changing it to pull specific data. Product information view under Accounts
Hello. I have setup my Products page to show the main fields i want to see. It does this in my search as well. But, when I go into an account and scroll down to where the products are, I am not seeing the fields i want to see. Sequence numbers for Imported Contacts
I am importing records into Zoho CRM while I am also using the product interactively. Is there an easy way to inquire what the highest Sequence number is among all existing records? I can get a pretty good guess by doing an export of contacts, but my total record count exceeds the 2,000 records I can retrieve in a single report. I need to be able to be sure I am not overwriting any records with new records I upload.

Hello, I signed up for a free account as i have a small business and has about 7 sales staff. When i log into the account, i get a message "Your Enterprise Trial expires in 13" days and it continues. Please let me know the following: 1. What will happen when this expires? Will the data that i entered be lost? 2. I did not sign up for an enterprise version. Why is this message coming up? 3. How to add deactivated user again?
Hi Zoho Team We have deactivated a user from our account for a while, now we want to add the same user. So we deleted that particular user's account (As per Zoho support team suggestion) and we sent the invite again. Unfortunately while clicking the invite the msg says" Account disabled" and when we contacted the support team we received a reply like we have closed our Zoho account itself but we dint it is still active.
