All links in templates are changes from something like: '<a href="mailto:email@email.com">...' are being changed to something similar to: '<a href="https://email-view.com/click.zt?linkDgs=91868c96e67&mailDgs=91868c96e5f">...' Important Dates From next week (March 9, 2020 tentatively), you can view the new UI by clicking the Switch to New Version button at the top of the record details page. Forecasts No Longer WORKING
ZOHO TEAM IMMEDIATE FIX IS NEEDED!!!!! There has been ongoing problems with the forecast module and how it works, most recently reported here About 2 weeks ago, I notified Zoho that I lost the ability to see my forecasts, I saw them but with no monthly data. As a manager even though the forecast module was weak at best I would manage the company wide forecast by all potentials and not by individual rep.
