Using Lead Web-To-Lead Form
I have set-up my Web-To-Lead form and copied the code to my website. The problem is that when you complete the form on my website it does not display the Lead in the Lead section of ZOHO. Is there something i am doing wrong?
Unable to Assign Records Via Webform
Hello, I have integrated the webforms into our wordpress site and when you submit the information, it gets entered into Zoho, sends an e-mail to the person who entered the information and sends and e-mail to myself. However, I have assigned a rule to change the record owner depending on a field that the record submitted (entitled "branch that the record lives closest to"). However, the record owner doesn't get assigned even when the selected "branch field" is different. Is there a step I am missing
Converting Lead removes attached file
I have a form on my website that asks fo a customer name, email, and if they want to attach a file, they can. The customer fills out the form, and it goes into the "unapproved leads" category. I can approve the lead and see everything they submitted. The problem is, is that once the Lead is converted (using the "convert" button) into a Potential, the file that they uploaded is nowhere to be found...gone...lost....not in the place in the Potential where files should be...any insights into this? Thanks!

Mailing, Billing & Shipping Addresses
We encountered a big issue when we transfered to Zoho in regards to Mailing, vs Billing vs Shipping Addresses. In our world these can be significantly different, whereby a customer is in OH, with thier manufacturing plant in TX, and Billing goes to a PO Box in IL. Moreso, functionality of Google Maps is also limited to one of these fields, and restricted in others. Activities Module not displaying any data on screen
for the last week or so the Activities Module keeps going blank and then will not display any data at all. Attempts to select a different view within the dropdown list fail as well, will not even make the selection. All attempts to refresh screen, navigate away and back and/or log out and log back in fail to produce any data as well. Currently only way to see activity data is to generate via Reports module. Please advise

Hi, As i understands it Zoho CRM has an option to call phone numbers using Google Voice (which i believe is now called Google Hangout, maybe i am wrong). It also seems like this option is only available to phone numbers in the US. I have tried calling European phones using my Google Hangout account, and that worked just fine. How can I import custom fields from another CRM (zoho account registered on another domain)?
I have created multiple custom fields (~50 fields) with dependencies and mapping from my Zoho account (account A). I want to import all the data, and also custom fields, to my other account (account B). What is the right way to do that? And if it is not supported yet what is the work around to get the task done?
How can I add a new field with formula?
Hi, I'm new at Zoho CRM. I'm having trouble about adding new field with formula and fill it for all my Proposals. For exemple: New field = '(Field)Total * 2' I want all Proposals with this new field. how can i run a calculated field against existing records
Hi, We want to calculate the difference between 2 existing date fields through our existing data - we have created a formula field but it says it will not calculate this on existing data - how can we do this to calculate on existing data? You might not know that you can type into the Account Name field in other modules like invoices. When you start typing, it brings up a drop-down list of accounts that match. My "create custom field" button isnt there
In Zoho CRM I went into setup and tried to create new fields, but the button to create a new field is missing. I know this is not due to me having already created too many fields because 1) I havent created that many and 2) it would just alert me that i'd already created too many custom fields for the free version and I would have to upgrade in order to create any additional fields. does anyone know where my button went or why it is missing?!

Administrator didn't have any knowledge about first account. So he added email-login of the first account as usual user email to the second one. Hi, I don't know why, but for some reason anything I print down from Zoho seems to print horizontally instead of vertically onto A4 paper. I can't find where to change this, is it in settings somewhere? The print screen is not allowing me to specify horizontal or vertical. it's most annoying! Sue

How exactly work price books in the Quote ?
Hi, When i create a quote, in the product detail zone we can choose a price books, in this list price we especified the discount rules. If i choose a price book, the discount will be appear in the discount field, but this is not happening . is this a possible mistake or this functionality is not supported now?

Limit on Custom Modules?!
Probably the most important reason I upgraded to Enterprise was the availability of Custom Modules. Now I find out that there is a limit of five?!?!?!? There is NOTHING in the Plan Details that indicates this limit. Many of the other features show limits. I am disgusted that I reached my limit AFTER spending days creating five modules. I would have prioritized other modules. Now I wasted a ton of time. Anyway, I find the limit very low and totally unfair given that it is not documented in the pricing

Zoho Books Invoice not being created from CRM
This morning I created a Potential, and then a few minutes later, moved it to "Closed Won"...but unlike as it has happened in the past, Zoho Books does not create an invoice....I keep hitting the refresh icon, and no invoice is created. This has worked in the past...is something broken? Thanks!

Can I customize the format of a report in Zoho CRM?
I've created a number of reports without problems. But Zoho allocates way too much space on a row for some of the fields. For example, expected FTEs is never more than 3 digits, but if I export the report to a PDF Zoho leaves enough room for the entire population of the world. Est. Program Value has enough room to the left of the actual value for about 50 digits. Date fields are wide enough to fit three dates in each column. This is a ridiculous waste of space. Hello--I have been unable to generate an Activities report that captures both Calls and Events/meetings within a specific date range. I have created a custom report ("MarlenesActivityReport") that I would like for one of my sales representatives to use to generate reports on calls and meetings(logged as "Events") that she has done within a specific date range, such as the past week. It looks like Calls can be displayed in this report by setting the Filter Options field to "Call Start Time" OR Events
