How can I report set up a scheduled report on Potentials incorporating only the latest note for each Potential?
Hi, I have created a report to be automatically circulated to a distribution list. Because of the fact that the report is scheduled, I don't want to manually manipulate it. I want to show all Potentials I am working on, with only the most recent Note associated with each Potential displayed. All I can get is a report with all Notes included, unless I include a data range. Stipulating a data range doesn't work because making it wide enough to cover all possible Potentials means that for some it will
How to make merged data in email templates URL or Permelinks?
Dear Zoho It great that we can use email templates that can draw data from other modules. However data merged into email templates from other modules are not url enabled. It is embarrassing to have to ask customers to cut and paste links into their browser. URLs and permelinks are basic elements of modern email communication. Templates using MERGE Fields
I have been trying to get the merge fields to work in the email templates. They never populate the contacts name just ${Contacts.contact id}. I follow the instructions to select the field, copy and paste into the body of the template and nothing ever changes. I have been working on this for a few months. Anyone have a thought?

Re-use email address
1) I created a test company with real email address for users. 2) Found ZOHO to be useful so I deleted the test company. 3) Created new (live) company account, however the system will NOT let me used my email address. The error reports the address is already used in the system. How lone do I have to wait to be able to create user with my email address?

I have a custom function that works fine when a record is created/edited in a browswer, however when I update or create a record via the mobile app... the custom function does not seem to be called. Am I doing something wrong? Is this a limitation of the mobile app for zoho crm?

"Todays Tasks" not showing anything
In Activities -> Views, when I choose Todays Tasks I can't seem to be able to see any task. I would like to use this module in my homepage in order to see my to do's for the day but it doesn't show anything. This happened after I tried to create a new view in which I was trying to set the Status as "not started" but then I saw that this is not possible. After some trials, when I got back to "Todays Tasks" it showed zero records. Any ideas how to fix it? Thanks, Andrei.

If we have any customer issue to be resolved and we have mentioned that as a 'CASE' in ZOHO CRM. HOW TO modify sort order of a column in related details
We need to have related records in a module list the records by newest first, but Zoho by default lists related records by oldest creation time. Can this be modified somehow so that realted records can be sorted by what the user wants? currently, we have to click on the arrow everytime we want to see the latest, most uptodate record. Zoho insists on showing old information first, this doesn't make sense from a logistical point of view. Thanks.

XLS import requires record "ownership" to match that of the person doing the import?!?
Ok, this took us two days to figure out, but we were trying to update some records using an import of some records via an Excel document (tried .XLS, .XLSX, and .CSV formats) and we were constantly getting that some of the records were ignored because "Reason: due to empty values for any of the mandatory fields". Problem was, we did not have ANY empty values. Even tried it with a simple 1 record, 4 column Excel table, and made sure the date values were properly formatted etc. (e.g., MM/dd/yyyy).
Cannot group items by Last Activity Date for Reports/Charts
When I try to graph usage of Accounts, Leads, etc. by Last Activity Date, I get a result where each item is separately presented. The reason? While it's called Last Activity DATE, when creating the underlying report, what's available is Last Available TIME (see below), so no two items have the same time to the second and grouping by date is meaningless . I tried creating a Date-only field and cloning the LAD, but couldn't get it to work. Is there a field available for reporting that can support this?

Is there a way to display related Tasks, Events, Products, etc. when looking at an Account while using Zoho CRM on my iPhone? I like the way everything is presented when using the browser, but wish the comprehensive view of an Account was available via my mobile device. I have not used it on an iPad yet, just an iPhone. When I try to search something using Global Search, doesn't appears. Capturing all Excel data when importing
I have just started exploring Zoho CRM, and am trying to import about 190 contacts from an Excel spreadsheet into Leads. The mapping is pretty slick :-) but there are several fields in my Excel file that I am unable to map - Next Step, Next Step Date, Date of Last Call, Call Log (notes on what was discussed during the call). CSV Not importing
Hi, I have tried twice now to import a CSV file. I have uploaded and mapped the fields correctly, the process does not complain.. it them tells me I will receive an email when its complete. I have done this twice now and no email or data. CSV attached. I did this over 12 hours ago. is it an automated process? I have upgraded twice now to professional aswell so presume I easily have capacity. the upload is 300 records... the number up there are 3000 tops. The import is to create new accounts. Thank

Potentials Module - Multiselect with Dependency Fields
I believe there is a bug with multiselect fields in the Potentials module when they are dependent fields. For example:In the Potentials Module, I set up 3 fields. Project Category (Pick List) Services Needed (Multiselect) Services Needed-Test (Multiselect) Additionally I mapped dependency fields for "Services Needed-Test" based on what was selected in the "Project Category" field. Lead Import - Records are skipped even though Mandatory fields are complete
Hello, I am importing a file with 129 lead records (Excel). The only field in my Lead module which is mandatory is "Last Name". In my excel file, all 129 records have a Last Name. After I map the fields and click "Import", the results show that 79 records are being skipped. It doesn't give me any information as to why. Please help!

We kindly ask how to produce a report of offers with service type (TYPE) and total aggregate value .
